It often takes discussion, study and guidance to comprehend prophecy, proverbs and parables. Of course, that’s assuming your copy of the Bible is written in a language you already understand very well. In the past year alone, the Dhimba people of Namibia, the Komba in Ghana, and the Kisi and Kpelle in Liberia received God’s Word in their languages. Yet hundreds of millions of people around the world still have no understanding of what God has done for them - and they cannot trust in a God they do not know. As you read through the verses in this guide, know that others are coming to an understanding of these same words because of your prayers and gifts in support of Lutheran Bible Translators.
