We are all learners in this process so give yourself grace and flexibility as we work to bring learning opportunities to our GFE families. 1. Teachers will share their learning schedules and virtual hours with each family. 5. We understand that families are sharing devices, internet can run slow and that adults are working from home. Each grade level slide covers learning activities for 1 week. 6. We encourage our cadets to access and use iStation & Imagine Math in addition to the weekly activities as these are customized to each student.

tell a fact about the topic
- Capital letter at beginning of sentence
- Space between words - Punctuation mark at
the end of the sentence
Practice reading sight words daily ANDChoose 3 activities to do with the following CVC words.men, wag, cub, gum, lid, pit, top, fin, nut, tan
● Write each word on two cards and play memory
● Cut out letters and build the words then practice replacing letters to build other CVC words (example: build men then replace m with t to spell ten)
● Choose 3 words, write sentences using word, then illustrate sentence.
Choose a topic and write about it. Draw a picture, label it, and write at least 3 sentences.
● If you could be principal for the day what would you do?
● What is something you learned during homeschool?
● What is your favorite thing to do outside?

Choose 3 activities to complete.
● Write the #’s 0-20 using sidewalk chalk or a paint brush with water outside. (Use the handout to for # formation)
● Choose 6 toys and line them up from biggest to smallest.
● Draw a picture to solve the problem: If I have 3 green apples and 6 red apples, how many do I have in all?
● Count how many steps from your front door to your bedroom, how many steps from the kitchen to your room?
● Pick 3 different exercises (like jumping jacks) Do 10 of each and count backwards.
