The use of Builders’ Lifts, if properly planned, designed and
used, can provide a convenient and safe means of vertical
transportation for site personnel and materials

The NEXT Step by Step to the Top
The next generation of Builders’ Lifts.
Self-climbing vertical transportation
during the construction phase
Independent from construction work
The extension process only takes a
maximum of 24 hours, excl. 3rd party
acceptance tests
Water-proofed
crash-deck
Lifting platform
Machine platform
Lift car

The NEXT The Machine Platform
The machine platform contains all the
machine room equipment allowing to run
the elevator:
Builders’ Lift machine with control &
converter
Guided within the permanent guide rails
Equipped with separate safety gears
Fitted with retractable supporting beams
to secure towards the shaft structure
LECA | CIC Vol 4 Seminar | Safety : Planning & Coordination | 2017
The NEXT The Lifting Platform
The optional lifting platform extends the
Builders’ Lift to a self-climbing system:
Independent hoisting crane to hoist the
machine platform
Climbs itself up using a dedicated
suspension point provided at the crash-
deck or slip form
Fitted with retractable supporting
beams to secure towards the shaft
structure
