6. Comments from Participants - It was a great fair – all things considered, it turned out much better than I thought.
- Steps taken to ensure the healthy and safety of the delegates and students was excellent. The
briefing for delegates was very informative and let us rest assured things were well planned and
would work out well.
- I like the QR code concept.
- The masks, hand sanitizer and temperature taking was appreciated!
- I made some excellent school contacts at the networking event.
- Good event organization and good crowd.
- Taipei Fair is better than what we expected.
- The phone didn’t scan the QR codes properly all the time.
- The fair attendance was better than I expected.

7.1 Related Activities
International School Networking Event
On March 6th, 2020, OH! Study hosted a "speed dating" type of event where overseas schools met
Taiwanese high schools, colleges and universities to establish academic partnerships and twinning
agreements. Despite cancelations due to the COVID-19 outbreak, approximately 40 overseas and
Taiwanese schools participated in the event.
Event Details Date and Schedule: March 6th, 2020 from 8:00am to 2:00 pm
⚫ 8:00am: registration, informal networking and last-minute appointments, morning snacks and
drinks.
⚫ 8:45am: welcoming remarks and preparation for start of event
⚫ 9:00am – 12:20pm: 20-minute school meetings
⚫ 12:30pm – 2:00pm: VIP luncheon with guest speakers

In order to provide a range of useful information to the public, the Oh Study counselors conducted seminars with the unique topics and invited some speakers for the seminars
during the Taipei fair. The presentation topics ranged from how to apply f or American student visas, to tips on living, studying, and working overseas.
