This year, VV grew our staff from 16 to 24,

following on from our best fundraising year

ever , in 2012-2013 where we raised

nearly $700,000. We committed to becoming a

decentralized organization - at a staff level, through

delegating responsibility to

Strategic Area Leads, and at the community level, through making senior CCs managers and opening up state

offices.
