Operation & Maintenance

• Oven usage: Once a week, 25 weeks a year 1 cubic foot of wood to

preheat the oven $0 to $150 annually

depending upon on wood price and quantity

• Plastering: Re-plaster every 5 years and patch as needed $70

• Total estimated annual cost $14 to $164, depends on

usage and source of fuel
