Outstanding Management Module

Introduction

This Vertical facilitates user to capture and allocate the different levels of project, sales

executives in the Invoice and can view the Report for the same in a single screen. Control and

warning on overdue bills, Cost centre wise Outstanding Receivables, Email Reminders, , Auto bulk

mailing, Levels report, Project stages etc.

Setup Guide

For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release4.6

Go to Gateway of Tally > Press F11 Inventory Features>Enable Outstanding

Management Module as shown below:-

Enable the required features and reports as shown below:-

Enable CMP Logo at company start up which shows a location of logo to mention the path where the Company logo is configured as shown below:-

Enable other required options and if want daily credit expiry bills to be displayed on company startup

then enable the option Display on company startup and after that accept the completed screen:-

Once after enabling the feature in F11 Inventory it displays Outstanding Management Option in the Gateway of Tally as shown below.

Now once if the company is closed and opened in the start up screen first it displays company logo as shown below:-

Once company is loaded it displays company logo in the start up screen as shown below:-

Press escape button to continue then it displays today’s credit expiry bills as shown below:-

Press Escape button it displays Gate way of Tally screen. Now From Gate way of Tally> Go to Accounts

Info>Levels>Create In this different levels can be created like Sales and collection executive

names, Customer wise area, Project name etc as shown below:-

Create Area Names, Executive names and project names as shown below:-

From Gate way of Tally>Accounts Info>Ledgers>Create/Alter as shown below:-

In Ledger creation mention the default credit days, credit limit and in the select type there is control and warning this feature controls on overdue bills while raising sales bills if Control is selected once the credit days or amount is expired it shows warning message doesn’t allow to make the next bill, if warning is selected it just shows the warning message and allows to make the bill.

In levels mapping select different levels already created in the master level as shown below:-

Enable Use Multiple contact details option which allows to mention 4 levels of contact details as Shown below.

In this 4 levels of contact details can be mentioned like proprietor, Accounts, purchase and payment details can be mentioned as shown below:-

From Gate way of tally>Accounting Vouchers>Press F8>Sales voucher as shown below.

If the credit limits exceeds it shows error and doesn’t allow to accept the entry as shown below;-

Go to Gateway of Tally > Display-Statement of Accounts-Out standings-ledger it

Displays the pending bills of a particular party during the period as shown below.

Now once again if sales invoice is made for the same party after the expiry of the credit days it displays error as shown below. If the it is set as warning in the ledger it will just display error and allows to pass entry, if it is control then it will not allow to pass the entry.

Auto Bulk mailing:-

In order to send reminder mails either to a single or multiple parties this option auto bulk mailing will be useful just clicking a single button For this from Gate way of tally>Outstanding Management.

It displays >Auto Bulk Mailing option, enter on it as shown below.

In Outstanding Receivables Bulk Mail>Enter on Ledger wise email Reminder or All party email reminders as shown below:-

In this before sending reminder mails from Email id has to be configured in the F12 configuration for that from Gate way of tally>Press F12>Emailing>E-Mail Configuration as shown below, And also to Email id show be mentioned in the party ledger in the account details

For this from Gate way of tally>Outstanding Management>Auto Bulk Emailing>Outstanding Receivables Bulk Mail>Enter on Receivables Ledger wise email reminders>select the party as shown below:-

It displays the complete pending bills over the period as shown below:-

In the right hand side of the tally there is a Update details click on it or press ALT+U Button it displays the screen to mention the details as shown below:-

To select all press Ctrl+Shift+Space bar button and click on the option Bulk Mail or press ALT+B, once

clicked on the option automatically the mails will be sent to the respective mail id and it displays the Message in the calculator panel as shown below:-

Forms Receivables Bulk Mail:- For this from Gate way of tally>Outstanding Management>Auto Bulk Emailing>Forms Receivables Bulk Mail>Ledger or Group wise forms Receivables>select party as shown below.

It displays the party wise CST Forms Receivables pending bills as shown below:-

In the right hand side of the tally there is a Update details click on it or press ALT+U Button it displays the screen to mention the details as shown below:-

To select all press Ctrl+Shift+Space bar button and click on the option Bulk Mail or press ALT+B, once

clicked on the option automatically the mails will be sent to the respective mail id and it displays the Message in the calculator panel as shown below:-

Daily dues Bulk Mail:-

In this it displays Date wise pending bills of all the parties in one screen that is particular date’s credit day’s expiry of all the parties just by just clicking a single button Today Date or pressing ALT+D.From Gate way of tally>Display>Outstanding Management>Auto Bulk Mailing>Daily Dues Bulk Mail>Daily Credit Expiry Bulk Mail.

Click on Update details to mention the required details as shown below:-

Select all by pressing CTRL+SPACE and click on Bulk Mail option or press

ALT+B as shown below:-
