Total Body w/Jake • 10:00am A total body workout using body weight and weights to build endurance and strength Tuesday HITT-STRONG w/ Gaby • 9:00am A high intensity interval training class, combines muscle conditioning and a BIG calorie burn. Wednesday Step Interval w/ Joan • 9:00am A classic step class with intervals, plus core and strength conditioning. Cardio-Kickboxing w/ Silvana • 6:00pm A non-contact cardio/strength class with the focus on all over body-conditioning.
