It has program aims, program learning outcomes, course learning outcomes and performance indicators.

Every learning outcome is intentional and therefore the outcomes must be assessed using suitable performance indicators.

It is objective and outcome driven, where every stated objective and outcomes can be assessed and evaluated.

It is centered around the needs of the students and the stakeholders.

Program objectives address the graduates attainment within 3-5 years after their graduation.

Teaching / Learning method may have to be integrated to include different delivery methods to complement the traditional Lecturing method.

Program outcomes, which consist of abilities to be attained by students before they graduate, are formulated based on the program objectives.

Program outcomes address Knowledge (K), Skills (S)and Attitudes (A) to be attained by students.

دانش مهندسی: بکار بردن دانش ریاضیات،علوم، اصول و تخصص های مهندسی در حل مسائل پیچیده مهندسی

تحلیل مسئله: تشخیص مسئله، فورموله کردن، سیر تاریخی مسئله ، تحلیل مسائل پیچده مهندسی و دستیابی به نتایج ارزنده با استفاده از اصول اولیه ریاضیات و علوم طبیعی

طراحی و توسعه راه حل مسئله: طراحی راه حل برای مسائل پیچیده مهندسی و سیستمهای طراحی، اجزا و فرایندهای مسئله که نیاز مشخصی را بطور مناسب پاسخ می دهند

تحقیق: اعمال تحقیقات و تجسس های الزم در مسائل پیچیده با استفاده از دانش پژوهش محورو روش تحقیق شامل طراحی ازمایش ها، تحلیل و تفسیر داده ها و تجزیه و ترکیب داده ها در رسیدن به نتایج

استفاده از ابزارهای مدرن مهندسی: خلق، انتخاب و بکار بردن تکنیک مناسب، منابع و ابزارهای مدرن مهندسی و آی تی شامل پیش بینی و مدل سازی فعالیت های پیچیده مهندسی با در نظر گرفتن

مهندس و اجتماع: بکار بردن استدل های شکل گرفته براساس دانش آکادمیک به منظور ارزیابی موضوعات اجتماعی، سالمت، ایمنی، حقوقی و فرهنگی و بدین ترتیب مسئولیت های منتجه و مرتبط با

حفظ محیط زیست و راهبردهای پایداری همیشگی : درک اثرات راهکارهای مهندسی حرفه ای در اجتماع و زمینه های محیط زیستی و ارائه دانش و استلزام توسعه پایدار.

اصول اخالقی: بکارگیری مبانی اخالقی و نعهد به اخالق مهندسی و مسئولیت ها و عرف های حرفه ای مهندسی

ارتباط و مراودات حرفه ای: تماس موثر و مستمر راجع به فعالیت های پیچیده مهندسی با تشکل ها و انجمن های مهندسی و یا در مقیاسی بزرگتر با اجتماع . برای مثال توانمند بودن در درک و نوشتن

کار فردی و گروهی: عماکرد موثر به عنوان یک فرد و یا به عنوان عضوی از یک گروه ویا رهبر در یک محیط کاری با شرایط متنوع و چند-تخصصه.
