Swipe to RideNew Blue UT Shuttle Buses! UT Riders, board from the front entrance and swipe UT ID to ride.

MetroBusCapital Metro buses provide a clean, inexpensive and reliable way to get around Central Texas. Commute to work, meet up with friends or simply explore the city with routes serving local neighborhoods, universities, downtown and other popular destinations. MetroBus includes Routes 1–99, 200–490 and UT Shuttles.

LOCAL

Round Rock ServiceCapital Metro and the city of Round Rock’s partnership provides bus service in the city and connects customers to Austin. For more information, visit capmetro.org/roundrock. For schedules, see page84–89.

UT ShuttlesConveniently travel to and from the University of Texas. Students, faculty and staff ride free with their UT ID.For schedules, see pages 202–205.

Night OwlsNight Owl buses operate from midnight until 3 a.m. Monday–Saturday nights, traveling between popular late-night destinations on 6th Street and local neighborhoods every 20 to 30 minutes.For schedules, see pages 184–193.



MetroRapidMetroRapid has always delivered a convenient, productive and flexible ride on two routes serving the best of Austin. Now, you get all that for the same low fare as our Local routes, and you get it more frequently, too. MetroRapid will run at 10-minute intervals at peak times, seven days a week. MetroRapid Features• Priority Service: MetroRapid helps you make the most out of your time.• Special technology on vehicles allows them to catch more green lights to

Flyer & Limited RoutesRoutes 103–171 offer fast, convenient service to and from some neighborhoods and popular downtown destinations. These routes feature limited stops to keep people moving. For schedules, see pages 90–101.



MetroExpressMetroExpress offers service between Park & Ride lots and the UT campus, State Capitol Complex and downtown-area offices with routes 935–990. Ride MetroExpress and catch up on e-mail or surf the web with free Wi-Fi on most routes. For schedules, see pages 208–221.

MetroRailIt’s the comfortable, reliable way to reach your destination. Relax and enjoy the ride.

Why fight traffic on your commute to and from work when you can use the time for something you’d rather be doing instead? Board a MetroRail train and watch the scenery, read, catch up with a friend or surf the web with free onboard Wi-Fi.

MetroRail’s 32-mile route is designed to take you to and from your destination in central, north, northwest or east Austin and Leander. Whether you are commuting to work downtown, headed to UT or moving between any of the nine stations on the line, MetroRail is the comfortable, reliable way to get where you’re going. For schedules, see pages 200–201.

Catch a Rail Connector bus Most MetroRail stations are served by bus routes that can take you to your final destination, so you can ride the train and then seamlessly catch a quick bus ride to major employers, shopping and education destinations.

Connector buses will be waiting for you when you arrive via MetroRail at the MLK Jr. (Route 465) and Kramer (Route 466) stations.

Night rail service MetroRail trains run until 1:45 a.m. on Friday and 2:30 a.m. on Saturday nights. Enjoy Austin’s happening downtown core or destinations at any of the stops along the line. On Saturdays, trains begin service at 4 p.m. Regular fares apply.
