Our school is 45 years old. It has three floors. On the ground floor you can see a library, a gym, 2 workshops and an IT classroom. There are also classrooms for junior pupils.

On the first floor there are many classrooms. Besides you’ll find the teachers’ room, a school canteen and an assembly hall here.

The corridors are beautifully decorated.

On the second floor we also have many classrooms. Among them Biology, Physics and Chemistry laboratories and our English classroom. They are well equipped, have computers and notebooks, interactive boards and so on.

There are more than 550 students and 30 teachers in our school. We have both girls and boys from 6 to 17 years. We go to school 5 days a week. We learn differrnt subjects in the 5th form: Russian language and Literature, Maths, History, Science, Music, PE, Arts, Technoligy. We go to the swimming pool and to the Ice Palace together. After classes students attend sports and other clubs. Many learn to draw, dance or play any musical instrument.

All students learn English at school. We like it very much and want to know it better. Our teacher Vera Grigoryevna Razuvaeva is always ready to help us.

The school year starts on the 1st of September. This is a holiday – the Day of Knowledge. There are 4 terms in the year. We have a week’s holidays at the beginning of November and at the end of March. In January the holidays last two weeks. At the end of the school year students have exams in different subjects. The best mark is 5. The worst one is 2.

Then come the summer holidays. They are the longest – 3 months. Students travel, rest and have a nice time in camps.
