Where can you find us?

Our school is located in a town near the city of Valencia. It is called Foios.

Valencia Community is in the East of Spain. It is just in the Mediterranean Sea.

Our school town is Foios. It is 8 km far from Valencia city. It is just 2.5

Km. close to the beach and 10 km. far from The Sierra Calderona.

Welcome to our School! CEIP Rei en Jaume is a school of 9 units, one for each level.

Early Childhood Education: 3rd Infant Education: 3 years 4th Infant Education: 4 years 5th Ed Child: 5 years Primary Education: 6 levels from 1st to 6th, from 6 to 11 years.

Our school has been developing Environmental Projects the last 10 years. They reproduced a vegetable garden as in their

closest environment. It helped us to integrate our migrant students as

they share how agriculture works in their own countries.

Some themes we learnt through our vegetable garden! 2001-2002 Aromatic plants. 2002-2003 Cereals. 2003-2004 Environmental recycling. 2004-2005 Ecological vegetable garden. 2005-2006 Single-crop farming. 2006-2007 Traditional irrigation. 2007-2008 Herb garden.
