England
My ancestor’s came from England which is in Europe.
The capital of England is London. The official language spoken here is English England has big rocks called Stonehenge. If I visited England I would go to the Notting
Hill Carnival.
Philippines
My ancestor’s came from Philippines which is in Asia.
The capital of Philippines is Manila. The official languages spoken here are Pilipino and
English. Philippines has the smallest monkey named tarsier If I visited Philippines I would go on the jeepneys.
They are colorful vehicles and they are long too.
Scotland
My ancestor’s came from Scotland which is in Europe.
The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh. The official language spoken here is English. Scotland has a summit called Ben Nivis. If I visited Scotland I would pay someone to
play the bagpipes.
Germany
My ancestor’s came from Germany which is in Europe.
The capital of Germany is Berlin. The official language spoken here is German. Germany has a castle that Walt Disney used
for a model for Sleeping Beauty’s castle. If I visited Germany I would go to the Black
Forest and see the Dark Fir trees.
Vietnam
My ancestor’s came from Vietnam, which is in Asia. The capital of Vietnam is Hanoi. The official language spoken here is Vietnamese. Vietnam has a lake called Da Lat Lake. You can
also ride on paddle boats on the lake or ride in big canoes that hold 15 people.
If I visited Vietnam I would go visit Da Nang because it is the forth largest city in Vietnam and I would visit Truong Son Mountains (Truong Son Mountain from a long chain that runs almost a full length of Vietnam. More than 200 rivers flow through the area.)
Puerto Rico
My ancestor’s came from Puerto Rico which is in North America.
The capital of Puerto Rico is San Juan. The official language spoken here is Spanish. Puerto Rico has the Caribbean National Forest
which has a rain storm almost every day. If I visited Puerto Rico I would visit my family and
see the water fall on the rocks hard in the Caribbean National Forest.
Italy
My ancestor’s came from Italy which is in Europe.
The capital of Italy is Rome. The official language spoken here is Italian. Italy has Mount Etna and the Coliseum. If I visited Italy I would go to Holy Week,
because it is the most important celebration.
Portugal
My ancestor’s came from Portugal which is in Europe.
The capital of Portugal is Lisbon. The official language spoken here is
Portuguese. Portugal has the Iberian Peninsula where
people have lived for 45,000 years. If I visited Portugal I would go see the
bullfighters called Cavaleiros.
Ireland
My ancestor’s came from Ireland which is in Europe.
The capital of Ireland is Dublin. The official language spoken here is English
and Irish. In Ireland about 150 years ago some home
owners were forced to leave their land. If I visited Ireland I would see the sports like
hurling and eat the food like Dublin coddle.
