R&D. Zhao is also director of the board of Seacross pharmaceutical.

Mr. TIAN Ronglin, Operations VP

Total more than 18 yrs. of pharma industry experience in Engineering, production,

project, commissioning, validation, quality management.

Mr. CHEN Yulong: Quality Manager

Engineer, Licensed Pharmacist with 15 years Rich experience in quality &

production management, He has been an QP for various firms where he was VP and

QP in Hubei Jingjiang River Pharma , Assistant GM and quality director in Winchem

responsible fro quality and production management.

Mr. HUANG Bingquan, Non-Executive Chairman

One of the major investors of Huiyu Pharma; a very successful entrepreneur in

real estate, construction material and medtech.

Mr. Douglas B Andrews: Chief Executive Officer

Douglas has over 30 years of experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry, 21 of

which were with the Schering-Plough Corporation, where he held a series of international

roles gaining extensive experience in emerging markets such as Latin America and Eastern

Europe.

Dr. Alvaro Espina: Technical Director

Alvaro Espina has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry both within

EU based companies and in legal consulting.

Mr. Julian Attfield: Chief Financial Officer

Julian has 17 years of experience working as a Chief Financial and Chief Executive Officer

in the global biopharmaceutical industry, and has particular expertise in working with

start-ups and Chinese and Indian companies.

Mr. David Bilton: Chief Operating Officer

David comes with over 25 years experience in global strategic procurement, supply chain

management and integrated business development in the pharmaceutical sector from both

corporate and generic perspectives.
