OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST OUR REDEEMER

At the beginning God created the earth and everything in it and prepared it for mankind….

God created man.

He breathed into him the breath of life.

He created him in His own image.

God gave man free will

Adam and Eve misused their freedom

“For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23)

Their disobedience separated them from God.

WE NEEDED A REDEEMER

BUT WHO?

Of the Redeemer

1) MUST BE HUMAN2) MUST DIE

4) MUST BE UNLIMITED3) MUST BE WITHOUT SIN

5) MUST BE THE CREATOR6) MUST BE ABLE TO CONQUER DEATH

SO NOW WHAT DO WE DO?- Think about Christ’s love for us

- Remember that Christ took our punishment and redeemed us

- Remember that sin separates me from God

- Remember that our sin caused Christ to die for us

- Repent from my sin and try to stop it

- Confess my sin to a priest
