W e will have to strengthen our QMS and EMS implementation,especially in the areas of CAR, PAR and continual improvement.

W e will go into OSHAS 18001 training, documentation andpromotions

Documentation will prepare documents based on IMS

(integrated management system combined based on ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001)

Training will have to initiate training requirement on OSHAS,structured PAR and continual improvement

Safety has to strengthen our emergency preparedness andresponse procedure and its simulation
