The Captain East target is large measuring 1,000 by 5,000 meters

The “discovery hole” compares favorably to Mt. Milligan 30km north:

Mt. Milligan ore grade (532 Mt): 0.38 g/t gold and 0.20% copper

Captain discovery hole 43m: 0.29 g/t gold and 0.09% copper

CAPTAIN TARGET – TOPOGRAPHY

10

7 by 7 kilometers, mild topography dissected by numerous logging and Forest Service Roads.

The primary goal for 2011 was to establish the existence of a large mineralized copper/gold porphyry system.

2011 expenditures totaled $600,000

Grid layout and 31 line kilometers of geophysics

Induced Polarization

Resistivity

Ground Magnetometer

1240 metres of core drilling in four-holes

Three geophysical anomalies interpreted to be similar to the Mt. Milligan Deposit.

Hole C11-02 was drilled to a depth of 185 metres at the eastern edge of a magnetic high intersecting a monzonite intrusive, minor pyrite.

Hole C12-01 was drilled 400 metres east of hole C11-02 to a depth of 499 metres, intersecting sericite-pyrite-quartz-carbonate over 250 metres - pyritic halo, outer phyllic shell around the porphyry.

Hole C11-01 was drilled 400 metres east of hole C12-01 to a depth of 255 metres and intercepted highly potassic-sericite-carbonate altered volcanic rocks, porphyry dykes and hydrothermal breccia.

Assays from this hole returned an intercept of 87 metres from 127 metres grading 0.230 g/t gold and 0.03% copper, including 43 metres grading 0.298 g/t gold and 0.09% copper and 16 metres grading 0.434 g/t gold and 0.133% copper.

Geochemical data combined with the geophysical signature indicate a mineralized porphyry system strengthening to the east.

CAPTAIN EAST TARGET – DRILLING SUMMARY

13

Page 14: Ors corporate presentation october 2012

TSX.V:ORS

Hole C11-02 was drilled to a depth of 185 metres at the eastern edge of a magnetic high intersecting a monzonite intrusive: no petrographic analysis conducted.

Hole C12-01 was drilled 400 metres east of hole C11-02 to a depth of 499 metres: results show a pervasive alteration assemblage of sericite/pyrite/quartz/carbonate over approximately 250 meters from 100 meters to 350 meters down hole. This indicates that the hole intersected the pyritic halo in the outer phyllic shell around the margin of a porphyry system.

Hole C11-01 was drilled 400 metres east of hole C12-01 to a depth of 255 metres: results show an alteration assemblage consisting of very fine grained ankerite/potassium feldspar with minor kaolinite/sericite and abundant magnetite/hematite, overprinted in part by coarse-grained potassium feldspar. Fine-grained chalcopyrite, associated with magnetite and pyrite, is disseminated throughout the core interval. This alteration assemblage indicates a high temperature environment near an intrusive source.

CAPTAIN TARGET – GOLD/COPPER INTERFACE

15

Hole C11-02 intersected monzonite intrusive.

Hole C12-01 intersected the pyritic halo or outer phyllicshell around the porphyry.

Hole C11-01 intersected potassic-sericite-carbonate altered volcanic rocks and as you can see the gold and copper grades spike.

Conclusion: porphyry system strengthens to the east.

The primary goal for 2012 is to confirm economic grades of copper/gold and begin to outline the East target.

Conduct initial test drilling on a second target to establish the existence of copper/gold mineralization.

2012 expenditures budgeted at $650,000 - $1.2 million

10 line kilometers of geophysics

Induced Polarization/Resistivity and magnetics

2,000 to 4,000 metres of core drilling in 10 to 20 holes

Petrographic studies of core material

100% owned, with major mining companies Thomson Creek, Xstrata, Goldfields and Teck working on porphyry projects in the area.

Alteration and geochemical signatures consistent with alkalic porphyry systems; Afton, Mt. Milligan, Galore Creek and Ridgeway among others.

The East target measures 1,000 by 5,000 meters

The “discovery hole” compares favorably to Mt. Milligan:

Mt. Milligan ore grade (532 Mt): 0.38 g/t gold and 0.20% copper

Captain discovery hole 43m: 0.29 g/t gold and 0.09% copper

Important features of the Captain porphyry system within the Takla Arc -Quesnel Trough of British Columbia

Located adjacent to large NW trending regional faults and shorter linked northeast trending faults which have controlled intrusive emplacement and mineralizing hydrothermal fluids.

Mineralization is associated with the smaller porphyry bodies peripheral to a larger intrusive.

Magnetic highs are associated with a large alteration halo of subvolcanic alkaline intrusive bodies.

Alteration consisting of an outer propylitic zone and a central core of intense sericite-potassic alteration with related copper gold mineralization.
