Multi-Helix Reverse Spiral Secondary Concentrator
OUR CLAIM: The Martin Multi-Helix Reverse Spiral is the most
efficient gold concentrator in the industry - and has the highest
concentration ratio AND highest recovery rate of any gravity
concentrator ever built. It has a proven track record, used in a
variety of different applications world wide. The Helix Spiral is a
commercial duty concentrator for both alluvial and milled hard rock
ores. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or connected in series.
Allows for full adjustment to the ore-matrix or concentrate,
yielding a peak concentration ratio with virtually no loss of gold.
99% recovery of all fine gold down to 100 mesh and less, achieving
a finish grade, raw gold product ready for smelting. More practical
than a finish table due to its simple operation, adjustability to a
wide range of ores including bulk head ore samples, indoor /
outdoor use and portability.

concentrate, primary jig concentrate and centrifuge concentrate.
Adaptable applications for primary or secondary recovery. Fully
adjustable, make "loose" and/or "tight" cuts, adjusts to a wide
range of ores and concentrates. You can re-concentrate heavy gold
concentrate to achieve a smelting grade product. Also great for
bulk sampling and testing head ores. Continuous feed or batch feed.
Portability allows you to move around your site or work off site
(indoors or outdoors). Classify any heavy metal or heavy mineral,
barite, scheelite, sulfides, tin, galena, bullets etc. Excellent
for mercury recovery and tailings projects.
All considered, the Helix Spiral is the most versatile and
practical piece of mining equipment you will ever own!
We are expert designers and fabricators of a complete line of
commercial ore processing equipment for both alluvial and hard rock
applications. And as miners, we understand the need for rugged
built - for maximum life and high efficiency - and a simplified
operation that puts the gold in your hands at the end of the day.
Equally important is to spec the recovery circuit to suit your
particular site and your particular ore matrix.
Mining fact: The ore body dictates the design of the equipment -
the equipment should never dictate how to mine the ore body
If you need help analyzing your ore or any other technical facet
of your operation, feel free to contact us.

Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge Primary Concentrator
The Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge functions as a primary
concentrator for classified head ores and is known for its high
volume production, zero loss, fine gold recovery. It can run on
turbid water and is adaptable to any mining operation. Just plug
into the output discharge of your existing trommel or screen deck
classifier with a simple feed trough / tube. "Hands off" operation
- no adjustments are necessary while running, only a proper slurry
feed. A versatile piece of recovery equipment in any mine
operation, multiple Centrifuges can be connected parallel for
higher volume throughput. It is so adaptable and efficient that we
incorporate single and twin units for primary recovery in all of
our mobile placer plants.
HOW IT WORKS: The Centrifuge is a low G-Force, batch type
Concentrator, designed to operate with clean or turbid water, which
makes it ideal for
recycle / recirculation applications. It is a continuous feed
(water and ore) Concentrator and batches the concentrate during the
run process. In operation at a specific G-Force, the internal
chambers fill with lighter material, which form soft fluidized
"beds". Gold and heavy minerals and metals are forced to the walls
of the chambers where they are trapped. As the slurry continuously
enters the Centrifuge, the heavier particles displace the lighter
particles. At startup, material starts collecting in the first set
of chambers. When the first chambers are full, the material passes
to the second chamber, and so on until the Centrifuge is full.
Under continuous run throughout the day, the heavy particles are
displacing the lighter particles. At the end of the process day,
the heavy concentrate is cleaned out by simply decreasing the speed
and flushing the concentrate into a receiver. In most cases with
typical alluvial and hard rock ores, a properly sized Centrifuge
will give you a full days production before it requires
flushing.
RECOVERY: If you can pan it we can recover it." If you can see
it with the naked eye, the Low-G Centrifuge will recover it. A
skilled panner can recover free gold down to 100 mesh and our Low-G
Centrifuge has equal ability for free gold recovery. However, in a
production environment, recovery rates using gravity separation
methods for gold particles down to 200-300 mesh, begin to decline
with any gravity separation method. We claim 99% recovery of free
gold down to 100 mesh and 80% to 90% recovery down to 200 mesh.
Recovery rates of free-gold particles at 300 mesh minus start
getting out of reach of physical concentration means and require
chemical separation methods. 300 mesh gold is almost colloidal and
tends to stay in suspension in the turbid water. Even in clear
water, this ultra fine gold stays in suspension almost indefinitely
in a production environment. Claims of high recovery rates of 300
mesh gold in a production environment using physical (gravity)
means are simply not true.
Water consumption is based on a capacity range - and a typical
slurry ratio between 4:1 and 6:1 (water/material). However, actual
water consumption depends on the amount of water it takes to wash a
particular ore which could be as little as 200 gpm for cleaner
placer ores. The 30 Centrifuge has a maximum feed rate of 25-30
yards/hour of screened material. Maximum water capacity not to
exceed 500 gpm when processing heavy clay based ores.

Dont be fooled by their size. The MPP-10 and MPP-25 are
commercial duty production and exploration plants, completely self
contained and portable. All you need is a backhoe, a water source
and some gold bearing ore! Excellent recovery of fine gold with our
proprietary Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge. Production with typical
alluvial ores would produce 2-3 five gallon buckets of a rich
primary concentrate with the MPP-10 model and 4-5 buckets with the
MPP-25 model. An average concentration ratio of 1500:1.
Hands off operation. Unique feed system with vibrating, wet
hopper for an even, continuous flow onto the screen deck
classifier. 3/8 minus material passes through the screen and
gravity fed to the centrifuge concentrator. Gold and heavy
metals/minerals are concentrated (trapped) inside the centrifuge
which is cleaned out at the end of the day. These plants will run
equally well on clean or turbid water, perfect for water recycle
applications. Complete package makes for a lower overall
investment, single operator - very practical for small commercial
scale production and exploration.

Mobile Placer Plants
Unique in the industry is our line of innovative Mobil Placer
Ore Processing Plants. These plants are particularly versatile and
economical for alluvial mining projects. Well suited for production
and exploration - stationary or mobile applications - very compact
and portable. Capacities ranging from 25-100 cubic meters / hour
with continuous feed from either a backhoe or excavator working
alongside feeding ore direct into the plants hopper. Our typical
design uses a vibrating, wet hopper that flows onto the vibrating
screen deck classifier which gravity feeds into the Low-G
Horizontal Centrifuge for primary recovery. At the end of the
process day, the primary concentrate can then be processed with the
Helix Spiral for final concentrating. A feed hopper wash plant, ore
classifier, with primary and secondary concentration. A complete
system. These plants are built on a tow-able trailer frame and
include onboard power, water pump and electric/hydraulic drive.
They are completely self contained. Their mobility is specially
suited to move up and down the alluvial plane, moving the plant to
the ore instead of excavating and hauling ore to a stationary
plant. Less support machinery dedicated to excavate and haul ore
means less capital investment and lower mine operation costs. The
plant can shift position on the fly taking only 15-20 minutes to
reposition the plant using the 4 leveling jacks. Great for
exploration programs and/or production. Perfect for fluctuating
high and low water conditions due to daily or seasonal rains. Site
reclamation is more economical, head-ore tailings go right back in
the digging trenches during or shortly after the process day
instead of mounting up at multiple excavation sites.
These plants are virtually "plug and play", minimal assembly
required and can be shipped overseas in a standard sea
container.
