VALUE PROPOSITIONOrgSync offers web-based software that helps campuses improve student performance, streamline

operations, and maximize efficiency by managing day-to-day processes online.

OrgSync Value

Increase Retention

Efforts

According to NASPA, student involvement is a crucial component of overall student success.

Involved students have higher self-reported GPA’s and report studying more than their

uninvolved counterparts. By engaging students in campus life early on, colleges and universities

are able to improve both retention efforts and overall student performance.

Improve Efficiency OrgSync enables your association to streamline operations by managing all student organizations

online from a central location. With OrgSync, office staff will spend less time processing forms,

manually entering data, and managing communication efforts. In a time where budget cuts are the

norm, efficiency is key to providing the same quality services with fewer resources.

Reduce Department

Costs

OrgSync makes it possible to realize significant cost savings throughout your entire office. To

date, it is estimated that OrgSync has saved more than 10 million sheets of paper through its

forms module alone. Institutions are also saving by taking other processes online as well such

as event registration, organization registration, and student surveys.

Engage Students in

Campus Life

The collegiate experience is about more than just academics. The experiences that students gain

from being involved in campus life and leading student organizations helps prepare them equally,

if not more so, for life after college. OrgSync facilitates student engagement by increasing

awareness for involvement opportunities and allowing them to connect with other students online.

ON-SITE TRAINING Statistics show the best way to ensure the highest levels of OrgSync adoption is through on-site trainings with

campus administrators and student leaders. Our on-site visits encompass multiple training sessions over a one

to two day period, and we offer various formats and scheduling options.

Consultants hold multiple hands-on training workshops throughout the course of each

day so leaders can find a time that works best for them.

Sessions give a brief overview of OrgSync, teach student leaders how to use the most

popular tools, and demonstrate how all members will benefit from using OrgSync.

Administrators

Consultants kick off the morning with an extended session for hands-on training with

administrators who will be working within the OrgSync Umbrella.

We spend time ensuring that your community is set up and customized to your needs

before introducing OrgSync to each of the student organizations.
