Thanks to the vastness of the territory, the favourable climate and the lush flora, the bees

pick up a number of different nectars, thus producing different types of honey which vary in colour, taste and properties. Sugar is never

added to pure honey; its crystallization is a totally natural phenomena which occurs in time

and with the lowering of temperatures.

produced in uncontaminated areas.

Organic rice from the north of Italy, the first organic rice producer in Europe, where different

varieties of rice are cropped, alternating the crops with others (such as legumes)

which naturally enrich the soil and reduce the presence of pathogens

and pests; the use of pesticides is thus avoided. This process, known as crop

rotation, reduces production to about 1/3 compared to the average

obtained through conventional agriculture, but delivers an excellent and healthy risotto to your table.

Organic pasta from the lands of central Italy, where the cropping of old varieties of grains and the fine old art of making pasta merge, giving birth to farms, and therefore products, of absolute excellence.
