Young Kim, GM - BOSH Precision Agriculture

Drawing on over two decades as a tech - entreprenuer, Young Kim has been leading the way for UAV based Precision Agriculture in the US for several years. Often referred to as a “thought leader”, Mr. Kim is a popular and in-demand international speaker on the subject. A former board member of the AUVSI, he currently is the chair of that organizations Precision Agriculture working group. Mr. Kim is also a former US Air Force AWACS Pilot and has a BS in Applied Physics and an MBA. This event marks the third speaking engagment in Oregon for Mr. Kim in less than a year. The Oregon Precision Farming Expo is a new agricultural technology event designed to showcase the latest innovations in Agri-Tech by bringing the people who are developing them together with regional farmers, policy makers, researchers and Ag industry leaders.

Highlights will include: expert presentations, product demos, engaging round table sessions, and a farm tech trade show, as well as on-site catered lunches and a special evening reception under the wings of the world famous Spruce Goose.

The two-day Expo pass costs $100 per person and includes all presentations, workshops, lunches and reception. Planned attendance +300. Regional and national media coverage is expected.
