    t ha t Pet i t ioner misappropriated substantial funds from varioust rus t s . The Pet i t ion was granted by The Supreme Court of Floridaon January 29, 1993.

    TFB No. 93-11,029(6A) (INV) - In th i s case, an inventoryat torney was appointed to protect Pet i t ioner ' s c l ient s due toPet i t ioner ' s emergency suspension.

    5 . A criminal invest igat ion i s pending based upon thematters referenced in paragraph 4 above. No criminal charges arepending.

    6. Pet i t ioner agrees to cooperate fu l ly with anyinvestigation in connection with the Cl ient Securi ty Fund of TheFlorida Bar.

    7. Pet i t ioner wil l make a l l reasonable ef fo r t s toreimburse the Cl ient Security Fund of The Florida Bar i f paymentsare made by the fund as a resu l t of h is conduct.

    8. The Florida Bar has incurred costs during theinvestigation of the pending disc ip l inary ac t ions referred toabove, as indicated in the statement of Costs at tached hereto.Pet i t ioner agrees to pay The Florida Bar 's costs in the amount of$10,065.82.
