Oral Presentation I: Cahuita

• Cahuita is a small town located in the south of Limon. By car, takes about 3 hours from San Jose to get there. By bus takes about 4 hours. In Cahuita we can find three different

beaches.

• The people in Cahuita are very friendly and they try to make you feel like home.

The main attraction in this town it’s the Cahuita National park. This national park is known as one of the most beautiful of Costa Rica.

Inside this park we can find the beach that is also called Cahuita. This beach has white sand and crystal water.

And it’s rounded by a lot of palm trees.

To enter the park, you must pay a symbolical fee, that is used to preserve the park.

Inside the park we can find a beautiful path of about seven kilometers long. It’s a hard walk but it worth it. Because, all along this path we can find a great

variety of animals and vegetation and even a little river.

You can find a lot of cultures and nationalities all over the town.

There are Americans, Germans, Swiss, Norwegians, Danish and many others.

In fact, a lot of people came to Cahuita from other countries and now it’s their home.

In Cahuita you can to eat delicious caribbean food:

Rice and BeansSea food: FishRice with shrimp.Lobster.Chicken or fish with coconut milk.Rice and squid.“Pati”Cocktails“Casados”

The only sure thing in Cahuita is that its unforgettable.
