Conclusion and Future Work

• Development of a 2D numerical model to calculate optical forces acting on a particle/cell;

• Fabrication of lenses in optical fibers;

• Implementation of a 3D numerical model;

• Study of distinct fiber geometries;

• Manipulation of RBC.
