Lipica Stud Farm – the cradle of the Lipizzaner horse.

The stud farm was founded in 1580 and today it is a jewel among the cultural and historical monuments of the Republic of Slovenia. For more than four centuries, Lipica has nurtured the tradition of breeding and selecting thoroughbred horses.
