Result

All Users had difficulty with Task 2 (change the layout of the Home Page)

The reason why users had so much difficulty with that task was because the label of the link to change the layout was really confusing. The terminology was misleading and the location of the label was not very easy to find.

People were looking under the View button that they automatically connected with layout change. Page Edtior Preferences launch point was found by person, majority even did not look in preferences. People were scanning the page level.

This lead to option #2 – Page Editor under Page Level buttons
