Knowledge Transition (KT) – Interfacing and iDoc management knowledge to handle SAP related system checks – Interfacing and application development knowl edge to handle Store 6 related system checks – Understand checks performed and the resolution – Reverse KT to the customer team the knowledge gained
Shadow Support – Work as shadow to the customer support team for 2 weeks – The sonata team took primary responsibility of doing the system check and resolution required, with the guidance of the customer team
Steady State – Built the document repository with the resolution for all the system checks
