St. Johns County has two opportunity zones, which include Census Tract 204 (12109020400) and Census Tract 210.03 (12109021003). The opportunity zones are located within or adjacent to the City of St. Augustine limits. OPPORTUNITY ZONES Economic Development is the number one priority of our Board of County Commissioners. CENSUS TRACT 204 (12109020400) Census tract 204 in St. Johns County is located in downtown St. Augustine, and the tract includes Lincolnville and a section of the Model Land Historic District. The tract is bordered by Ponce de Leon Boulevard, West Castillo Drive, Cordova Street and the San Sebastian River. It also includes the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The tract is bordered by State Road 16, I-95, County Road 214 and South Holmes Street. For many, this area provides access to U.S. 1 and downtown St. Augustine.
