Prayers of Prosper As we are about to end this year and begin 2017, please continue to pray boldly for Prosper CRC! Pray for Dylan Lucas as he is in Haiti on a mission trip. Pray that Dylan and his team will find opportunities to tell the good

news of Jesus. Pray for traveling safety as he comes home on Wednesday. Butch Schoo spent some time in the hospital with an infection in his leg. Pray for complete healing. Bob Jenema has been diagnosed with cancer. Pray for him as he has some decisions to make concerning treatments. Remember our members who find it difficult to worship with us: June Boven, Betty DeKam, Jo DeRuiter, Carl Dick , Gen Dodde, Bernice Ebels, Eleanor Ebels and Millie Jenema. We praise and thank God that Betty is felling better after having a pacemaker put in this week. The holiday season can be difficult for many people. In the midst of all the joy and excitement, some live with grief, others with worry and anxiety and others are harried by the busyness of the season. Pray often for the Holy Spirit’s comfort and strength for us all in this time and to remember the real reason of Christmas.

It’s Christmas morning! Christ is born! Rejoice with us in celebration and worship. We welcome all who have come to worship with us: family, friends and

visitors! We pray that this service will be a blessing to all and that you will live in hope, peace, joy and love

found in our Savior and His coming into our lives. Please stay for coffee and cookies in the Fellowship Room after the

morning service; we’d love to get to know you! this Saturday, Dec 31, 5pm - Come and worship together as we end one year and begin a new one! Next Sunday, 9:30 we will install new leadership to our

Church Council.

Small Groups at Prosper Care Group #5—will meet on Sat, Jan 7, 6pm. Please read session 5 and chapters 11 & 12. Gary & Megan will lead. “Dust to Glory” will meet on Mon, Jan 2, 7pm at Ellen Rozema’s.

Ladies Afternoon Bible Study will meet Wed, Jan 11 at 1:30pm. Men’s Bible Study will meet Wed, Jan 11, 7pm at the BARN. Moms’ Bible Study - we’re taking a Christmas break. Use this time to get caught up on your studies. We’ll start back up the week of Jan 1 with chapters 23-25.

Women’s Evening Bible Study - Our next meeting is Wed, Jan 4, 7pm at the BARN. Study week five, The Long Awaited Throne. Ellie and Missy have lunch.
