The SME development law was established (January 1st, 2008).

All federal executive bodies were obliged to found consultative agencies for small and medium business (RF Presidential Decree No.797 of May 15, 2008).

The Governmental Commission on Small and Medium-Sized Businesswas launched (2008).

PROTECTION OF SME RIGHTS The Bureau of Protection of SME rights operates under OPORA RUSSIA

20 regional offices of the Bureau in the entities of the RF.

Over 7 500 application forms from the regional entrepreneurs for the last 7 years.

Over 3 500 application forms to the governmental authorities, 25 % of which - to the Prosecutor General’s Office
