OPMS: Pre-Observation Conference Form

DIRECTIONS: Use this document as a guide to assist you in completing your Pre-Observation Conference Form.

NOTE: The Pre-Observation form is initiated by the teacher. The teacher begins the task and closes the task.

Step 1: Begin by clicking on the HRMS icon located on the desktop of all City Schools computer.

Step 2: Click ERP Production to access OPMS.

Step 3: Type your username and password into the text boxes.

Step 4: Click on Employee Self Service.

Step 5: Click on Employee Performance Management listed in the drop down list.

Step 6: Examine the OPMS plans listed

Step 7: Click on the green arrow next to Task 1: Classroom Teachers: Pre-Observation Conference SY 12-13.

Step 8: Click on the yellow pencil to complete your Pre-Observation Conference Form.

Step 9: Click on Complete Form.

Step 10: Complete the form by entering your comments in each of the text boxes.

Step 11: Click Save.

Step 12: Click Share with Main Appraiser.

Next Steps:

Once you click Share with Main Appraiser your Pre-Observation Conference Form will be sent to your school leader.

Your principal will review your form and click Finish to close the task
