With a career in the North American HVAC & geoexchange industries Lynn was previously President of Water Furnace International and Earth Source Energy Inc. As CEO and business founder, Lynn invented the SHARC wastewater energy exchange technology, which has catapulted SHARC Energy International to a global leader in carbon reduction and energy efficiency. Under Lynn's leadership the SHARC team have converted his concept to reality, building strong working relationships with some of the worlds largest utility companies. Lynn’s passion is Sharc International Systems which is now recovering waste heat from installations on 3 continents and has projects coming in from around the world. As a finalist for the prestigious 2018 EC Manning Innovation Award - Canada’s most prestigious honour for an individual citizen - Lynn continues to press hard in his quest to make energy recovery the business as usual concept for future buildings and positively contribute to the human challenge of combatting climate change. Lynn has four children and two granddaughters, so his personal mission is to do all he can to make the world more liveable for them and others

Aged 52, with a 30-year career in the UK corporate environment, managing and leading the construction and engineering agenda for a number of blue chip businesses in the retail, leisure and construction sectors.

As Director of property services for a significant property business, Russ was instrumental in the Acquisition strategy adopted by the business and managed 12 corporate integration projects and 700 micro-business acquisitions that grew the business over an 8-year period from a small cap entrant to the FTSE market through to a FTSE 100 business with a £5bn market capitalization.

With a significant emphasis on building value through people and a focus on optimizing the use of Capex and OPEX expenditure programs, Russ provides a useful insight into the client-side thought process.

Richard is a chartered accountant with a career in the engineering contracting & water utilities sector where he has held a number of senior financial positions and was heavily involved in the development and delivery of PPP/PFI/DBFO projects in the water, wastewater, waste and renewable energy sectors. In 2013 Richard invested into researching the opportunities for Sewage Heat Recovery and was introduced to SHARC through his work with Thermowatt. As acting CFO Richard covers the financial and commercial elements within the business and is responsible for contract development, project financing and the day to day accounting functions.

With an extended career in the Engineering and water management industry, Ian is the founder and MD of Flowmech Products Ltd. Flowmech Products Ltd has been based in Leicester since 1994 and the company has developed a sound reputation as a specialist manufacturer of pressurisation and water boosting equipment, manufacturing & repairing a large range of pumps. Flowmech are the key supply chain partner for SHARC providing the business our manufacturing & installation activity in the UK. Ian has invested and taken a Directorship in the business and as the business has developed since launch has taken a greater role in the day to day management of the operation providing 2 days per week of support to the engineering team.

SHARC Energy Ltd. – T2 team

Based in Nottingham, Nathan leads the company’s pre-contract development activity across the UK. Nathan also acts as accounts manager for new clients and manages supply chain relationships with key supply partners. Nathan graduated from Loughborough University in June 2011 and commenced his career in Project & Facilities Management with Gleeds FM, before moving to Canada in 2013. Since joining SHARC Energy in 2015 Nathan has also gained accreditation in Renewable Energy Management & Financing through the European Energy Centre Galileo Master Certificate programme and works closely with Richard on financial modelling of projects.

Based in Edinburgh, Joe has led the SHARC operational activity in Scotland over the last 18 months. Joe graduated from University with a BSc in Biology and a PHD in organic waste composting. Since leaving university he has spent the last 15 years working in various sectors of the renewable energy industry as a Technical Consultant and Director within Waste Management and Wind Turbine projects.

Laura is a highly qualified Chartered Engineer specialised in the design of renewable energy systems. With an MSc in Renewable Energy Systems Technology from Loughborough University Laura is a very talented sector specialist. Laura Joined SHARC in August 2014, after a 4-year career with Eon, leading their connecting energies team in the UK. Laura covers the engineering and associated design functions and is responsible for managing the feasibility studies undertaken by the business, design works on ongoing projects and other technical requirements.

Stewart joined SHARC in Aug 2018 as a Project Manager and has been promoted to the role of Regional Director (Scotland) since January. Stewart has a post-graduate diploma in Management from Edinburgh Napier University, is a full member of The Association of Project Management and holds their ‘APMP’ qualification. He has over 20 years’ experience in complex construction project delivery in the Water and Power industries. Prior to joining SHARC, Stewart worked as a Project Manager responsible for the delivery of bespoke manufactured FRP products with a concentration in odour control systems.
