Introduction This document describes reports that are currently available in myfidelio.net. Most of the

myfidelio.net reports are parameter driven, which means the user may run the same report for

different purposes. The report parameters would need to be defined dependent on the desired

outcome. This way one report may serve many different purposes and one report becomes many

different ones.

RReesseerrvvaattiioonn TTyyppee FFiilltteerrss – when running your reservation reports, please follow the below

guidelines regarding the Reservation Types

- Running a report for past dated reservations, it is best to select ALL types excluding Cancelled

- When running a report for resevations arriving on the day you run the report, please

select DUE-IN and Reserved

- For reservations in the future, please select RESERVED status only.

When running the myfidelio.net reports, please ensure each time you save the file to your

computer, before opening the report. The Preview function is currently inactivated throughout the

application. It is also best to click on the PRINT TO FILE check box, this will allow you to select

the format of the report you would like (PDF, RTF, word doc etc). If you wish to export report data

into Microsoft Excel, please see appendix 1, with screen shot how to do so.

An example output of all the reports listed has been placed at the end of this report.

Logging In To The Application

Log onto www.myfidelio.net Type in your User ID, Password and choose Management. Click OK.

• HTML – select this for your report to open in a web browser • PDF – best format to use for large file sze reports • RTF – select for report to open in word file • DELIMITED – select for report to open in Text (.txt) file – use this format to export data

into excel format (shown in appendix 1) • DELIMITED DATA - select for report to open in Text (.txt) file • XML – select for report to show in XML format (not suggested for myfidelio reports)

Active Rate Report (ap_active_rate)

This report displays all active or expired rates loaded for your hotel based on the start dated entered.

Property. Select the property you want to view.

Date Range. Select the active date rate range.

Filter Select the rate code you want to view or leave it default to ALL.

Select Active or Expired rates

File -> Save -> open file from drive you saved the file.

Arrivals By Guarantee – (arrbyguat)

The arrivals by Guarentee report will provide a report of your hotel’s reservations based on guarentee type. For example you can sort the reservations by guarentee to credit card, to IATA, to company name.

Date Range Select the Arrivals date range.

Filter by Resv Status - Resv Status defaults to RESERVED status, if report is for future date then leave as RESERVED only. - If for same day use the drop down menu and choose DUE IN and RESERVED. - If report is for past dates use drop down menu and choose all except cancellation.


Arrivals By Source (arrsource) This report displays bookings made in your selected date range and filters these reservations by booking source, such as Sabre, Amadeus, Travelocity, Web and so on.

Property Select the property you wish to run the report for Date Range Select the From Transaction and To Transaction date


File -> Save -> open file from drive you saved the file Arrivals By TA/Corp – (arrtacorp) This report shows your arrivals for the date range you set based on the filter of Travel Agent or Company Name. The report will provide a breakdown of reservations under each name.

IATA Production Report (iataprod) This report displays by Travel Agent IATA number, the rate codes they have booked, room nights, reservations and estimated revenue. If this report is run by a head user for the CHAIN the report will show a chain total and not a breakdown by hotel.




Travel Agent Leave the Travel Agent option blank or search for a particular agent.

File -> Save -> open file from drive you saved the file myfidelio Reservation Report (myfidresrep) The myfidelio Reservation Report displays all reservations meeting the specified criteria entered in the parameters. The filter criteria are far reaching and the report display will based on the information selected to display.

Property Code: Select hotel you wish to run this report for.

Date Range: Select the date range you want to run the report for. Also select radio button for either Booked Date or Arrival Date Filter: Room Class set to default ALL User set to default ALL

Sort Order Arrival Date, Guest name, Company Name, User, Room Class or Room Rate

Group By Property, Room Class, Arrival Date, Entered on Date, User Click on File button -> SAVE -> Retrieve Reservation from the drive you saved the file. NOTE: Preview button is currently deactivated

myfidelio Reservation Report – All (orsresdetail_all) The ORS Reservation Report shows all reservations made through myfidelio.net for a property within the selected date range. The report organizes the information by property, and guest name.


You can filter by reservations booked on this date, or reservations to arrive on this date.

Filter by Resv Status - All reservations (this includes reserved and canceled bookings) - Actual Res Only (this includes reserved bookings only) - Canceled Res Only (this includes canceled bookings only) - If you wish to filter further, you can select reservations by a particular

reservation type (example, CC, Deposit, Gte to Iata) File -> Save -> open file from drive you saved the file.

Reservation By Arrival Date – (resarrdt) This report is a great report to display arrivals for your set date range. The simple format of this report will provide the confirmation number, guest name, dates, number of rooms and rate amount.

Reservations Guaranteed To Credit Card – (reservationcc) This report displays bookings made on a particular date range that have been guarenteed to a credit card. You can then easily view which bookings will have a credit card number against them in the application.

Property Select the property you wish to run the report for Date Range Select the date range for bookings you wish to retrieve

Guarantee Type Guarantee Code is GX for guarantee to Credit Card File -> Save -> open file from drive you saved the file.

Source Summary Revenue (sourcesumrev) This report displays the total number of rooms booked filtered by source (ie. Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Travelcity etc). It also shows number of nights booked at your hotel. If the report is run for more than one property at a time, the bottom of the report will show a total of all hotels by channel.

Rate Code Reservation Reconciliation (rfpdetailed) This report can be filtered by a specific rate code and will display all the reservations broken down by the IATA number that booked them for the date range. The report will display the reservation details, number or rooms, number of nights and total revenue booked on the reservations and the IATA details and address details of the agency that booked. This report can be used for to check commission amounts owed to agents at the end of each month. The report is also designed so you can send reconciliation reports to your RFP’s each month so they can and you can track production.

APPENDIX 1 – How to export reports into an excel document To export data from any myfidelio report into Excel, please follow the below procedure.

1. In myfidelio.net, configuration -> reports screen -> select report ->click print to file, and select the DELIMTED format.

2. Click OK, and save report to desired location. 3. Open a new Excel document - >Data -> Import External Data -> Import Data

4. Select Data Source box will open, select the txt file of the myfidelio.net report you had just saved.

5. You will then get the below box:

• Click Delimited, and Next.

• Click Tab, and Next, and then finish on the last screen. You are then asked where to put the data – select existing worksheet, and OK.
