- Great collaboration potential of the members inside & outside OpenRoad:

* if project(s) with right development model of the World* if member(s) is/are proactive to leverage advantages of the OpenRoad component project communities* Collaboration inside OpenRoad with specialized consortiums: Email, Security, Education & Training, Library & OER.

MoUs on Open-Tech collaboration between RDOT and it's partners: 1. OTF of Australia - New Zealand and DIGIT of EC. 2. The National Library of Laos and D&L.3. LinAgora of France.4. Now with IT Department, MOST of Laos, expected to expanding annually.

OpenRoad's expected plan for the period of 2015-2016:

- Realization of collaborations of RDOT MoUs with foreign partners- Posibility of long term collaborations with ITD, MOST of Laos.

- Establishing specialized consortium inside OpenRoad - Implementation of Traing Trainer Open Source Courses, based on Free Technology Academy (FTA) materials, translated into Vietnamese.

- Continuing to set up FOSS Clubs inside OpenRoad's universities.- Building developer communities in the Unis: Teachers and students.

- Community activities: with VFOSSA, FOSS Training Center of VAIP- Expanding to other fields of Open Technologies: OER, Open Data...
