Edit & Move Slides • Within the Slide Preview Pane – Copy, Cut, Delete Slides • Tap slide • Tap appropriate ac2on • Tap loca2on for pas2ng slide (if copied) • Tap paste

Presenter Notes • Adding Presenter Notes – While on slide – Tap Tools – Tap Presenter Notes – Type notes
• Viewing Presenter Notes – Must be showing on a connected display – Afer star2ng presenta2on
• Tap Layout • Tap “Current and Notes” or “Next and Notes” • Tap slide to advance
Playing a Presenta2on • Click the arrow key to start – Goes full screen automa2cally – Opens at current slide
• Pinch screen to exit
Advancing Slides • Next Slide: swipe screen right to lef (Shif+DownArrow) Tapping slide works but I didn’t find it as reliable in tes2ng
• Previous Slide: swipe screen lef to right (UpArrow) • Freeze on a slide: (F, to resume press any key)
• Hide presenta2on, show last applica2on used (H) • (These Keys) work from keyboard if connected
Connec2ng to Projec2on System • Connect to projector
– Use Apple VGA or HDMI (if available) connector
• Wireless – Use Airplay w/ Apple TV or
ApplePort Express – Ac2ve WiFi connec2vity – IOS5 or higher – Double tap the home screen
