DDNS SETUP

DDNS is offered for free on all DVRs. To enable DDNS, a few configuration steps must be completed on the DVR. Simply follow the included instructions or contact technical support for assistance.

DDNS ON OPENEYE DVRs

Page 76: OpenEye Embedded Training

NETWORK SETUP

DDNS can be easily configured on the DVR by selecting the Server, ID, Password and Host Name as specified on the included Dynamic DNS document.

DDNS SETUP

DDNS SETUP

Unless the DVR itself is configured with a WAN IP address, the router to which the DVR connects will need to be configured to forward connections to the DVR.

ROUTER CONFIGURATION
