a. General Administration and Support Services:
1) Personnel
The present personnel fill-up is 5,550 (370 PCOs, 5,058 PNCOs and 122 NUPs)for a police to population ratio of 1:107.Out of this number, 319 personnel were given recognition in their meritorious accomplishment and performance of duty.
ON COMPLAN PATNUBAY, 49 personnel who were involved in twenty (20) cases were investigated. Out of the 49 personnel, two (2) were dismissed, six (6) were suspended, one (1) was meted with forfeiture of pay, one (1) was reprimanded, thirty (30) with dropped and closed cases due to lack of probable cause, eight (8) were exonerated/case dismissed, and one (1) was dropped from rolls/marked AWOL.
For the period, the Office conducted Programmed Courses to 177 PNCOs, broken down as follows: ninety four (94) participants for Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC) and Eighty Four participants for Special Counter Insurgency Operation Unit (SCOUT).
Unprogrammed Course was also conducted to14 PCOs for Field Training
Officers Development Program (FTODP) Class 4 (Mindanao Based). Further, Physical Fitness and Sports Development Program are
religiously being conducted at this Headquarters, such as: Physical Fitness Exercises to include taebo, running, walking and basketball which is conducted every Athletic Days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from this headquarters down to lower units.
b. Support to Operations:
1) Health Services
For the period, the Regional Health Service 12 conducted consultation and
treatment to 3,237 PNP personnel, their dependents, NUPs and authorized civilians. Attended one (1) NHQ conferences/scientific seminar, and conducted nine (9) visitation/Dental and Medical Heath outreach program to different Police Stations within AOR, detailed below:

Likewise, information drive on health awareness has been conducted to PNP
personnel of PRO 12 with basic Medical and Dental services extended up to the Municipal Police Office. Coordination has been made with Local government Medical and Dental Health facilities/unit for the benefit of the Police force within the area and successfully conducted series of Civic action to the Police Regional community Relation Program.
2) Logistical Services
For the period covered, this Office successfully implemented its programs thru 15%-85% distribution of Logistical support to all line units. In like manner, timely procurement and delivery of basic supplies and the improvements of the management of logistics operations related to peace and order and public safety campaign among lower levels were upheld based on the prescribed Program/Project and other Activities and Performance Indicator.

c. Operations:
1) Operations Services
A total of 5,095,347 man-hours on police visibility patrol (foot, mobile/motorcycle, and seaborne) were conducted particularly in crime prone areas throughout the region. Police response time improved to 5 minutes in urban centers and 10 minutes in rural/remote areas. During the period, 21,577 legitimate calls have been responded/ acted appropriately. 2) Campaign against Illegal Drugs
For the period, the Office intensified its anti-drug operations resulting to 67positive operations, neutralizing 81drug offenders (35 pushers, 21 users, and 25pushers/users) and the filing of 56cases in Court. As of this report, (884) remain as Drug Affected Barangays and subject for clearing operation. A total of 12 grams of Shabu, 331 grams of MJ leaves and 42 hills of MJ plants and other kinds of illegal drugs were confiscated and seized, with a total DDB value of Php 172, 206.14.
3) Campaign against Kidnapping/Abduction For the period in review, no kidnapping incident was reported

4) Campaign against Carnapping/Enforcement of Traffic Laws
For the period covered, a total of eighty two 82 (3-MV, 79-MC) were reportedly carnapped, thirty six 36(1-MV, 35-MC) were recovered.Sixteen (16) suspects were arrested and eight (8) cases were filed in court. Likewise, unauthorized use of Sirens & Blinkers were banned, thru LOI 34/2010 “Action Plan Against Wang-Wang and counter Flow”.
5) Anti-Bank/Armored Car/Highway Robbery Campaign
No incident on Armored Car-Highway Robbery occurred. However, the office is continuously undertaking in-deep monitoring on criminal groups for their possible apprehension. A total of fifteen (15) dry runs on bank security preparation and eighteen (18) dialogues/meetings with Bankers Association and LGU’s were conducted.
6) Anti-Kotong Campaign
For the period covered, this Office conducted two hundred sixty four (264) operations. As part of its mandated mission, the Office dynamically conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to police personnel to educate and remind them not to indulge themselves in illegal activity such as “kotong”. The PICE is usually done every after Saturday Formation/Inspection. Moreover, continuous monitoring is being undertaken by the Office utilizing 8 Spotter Teams.
7) Anti-Organized Syndicated Crime Groups/ Criminal Gangs Campaign For the period covered there were no reported neutralized group and no
Syndicated Groups/Organized Crime Groups members were arrested in the AOR.
8) Anti-Terrorism Campaign
For the period, this Office conducted 352positive operations and recorded 18 (2-IED/Landmine, 16-grenade) explosions, 10 (7-grenade, 3-IEDs) were recovered with the details as follows:

11) Campaign against Illegal Gambling
A total of 71raids/operations against Illegal Gambling was conducted which resulted in the arrest of92 ushers/bettors. Likewise, confiscation of gambling
paraphernalia and bet money amounting toPhp 52,279.00 and filing of sixty three (63) cases in court.
12) Anti-Prostitution/Vagrancy/Child & Women Abuse Campaign
For the period covered, no Prostitution/Vagrancy/Pornography transpired in the AOR while for anti-child abuse/pedophile police operations.
13) Campaign against Smuggling
For the period covered, no Smuggling and piracy transpired in the AOR.
14) Campaign against Cattle Rustling
For the period, seven (7) operations were conducted on campaign
against Cattle Rustling, recovered seven (7) out of seven (7) stolen cattle’s.
15) Campaign against Illegal Logging In coordination with DENR, the Office conducted 16operations on
campaign on Illegal Logging which resulted in the recovery of 379,126 board feet of illegally cut lumbers with an estimated value of P7, 815,250.00 and apprehension of three (3) persons. Cases were referred to CENRO/DENR for proper disposition.
16) Campaign against Illegal Fishing –
For the period, one (1) operation was conducted on Anti-Illegal Fishing campaign which resulted in the arrest of thirty four (34) persons involved in illegal fishing activity.

17) Search and Rescue, and Disaster and Relief Operations
The operations consumed total man-hours of 240 with the deployment of 16uniformed Personnel and a total of 3,000 affected families were evacuated.

The Regional Intelligence Division, Police Regional Office 12 with its mandated functions of intelligence gathering, monitoring and operations, giving threat assessments and coordination with lateral offices was able to accomplish its tasks to maximum level.
For this period, this Office has conducted a total of 311 PNP Intelligence coverage on the following threat groups in the AOR, broken down as follows:
For the period, PCR was able to conduct and record 2,206 activities
which are focused on the delivery of police services and to mobilize and bring to bear the community, civil society and media in all-out and sustained anti-terrorism, anti-insurgency and anti-criminality campaign towards the attainment of a safe and secured region.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
a) Santinig PRO 12 conducted a total
of 507activities such as: dialogues, seminars, print media, radio program/interviews, crime/drug prevention programs and reproduction of leaflets.
A continuing program of
action against illegal drugs was launched through the “left-hand effort” in response to the urgent need to pursue a forceful intensive and unrelenting campaign whether syndicated or street level. During the period, PRO 12

conducted drug abuse symposia and awareness in different schools & venues in coordination with DARE officers, DEP-ED, NGO’s & other government agencies.
It is always the intention and desire of this office to inform the public on the programs and accomplishments of the PNP in the entire region through its line units. Along with this, Police Regional Office 12 sponsors/maintains four (4) regular radio programs namely: the “Mamang Pulis” in General Santos City, Kidapawan City, Isulan and Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat “Radyo Natin Ngayon”, Sarangani Province “Socsargen News FM dubbed at 94.9 FM.In Police Regional office 12, we have the regular radio program at DXNP Community Radio 98.9 FM Station every Thursday at 8:00 o’clock in the morning, Brigada New FM-Tira Brigada every Friday at 8:00 o’clock in the morning, DXMD-RMN every Friday at 5:00 o’clock in the morning dubbed as “PULIS AKO! PULIS N’YO PO SA REHIYON 12”.

b.1) Police Community Assistance & Development
PRO 12 has conducted a total of 1,394 Community Assistance Development such as: medical & dental Outreach Services, bloodletting activity, community relations & rehabilitation, skills & livelihood program for the out of school youth.
Coordination and participation among NGO’s, GO’s, RLEEC and the CJS is the key
to a lasting partnership between the police and the community. Teamwork is the catalyst that yields excellence from shared strength.
b.2. Community Organization and Mobilization:
To strengthen the capacity of Police Force, PRO 12 was able to mobilized the Community Council of Elder. It also has mobilized brgy tanods and CVO’s purposely to assist the police during town fiestas, founding

anniversaries, election related activities and other anti-crime activities. Moreover, on the advancement of skills/security trainings, PRO 12 has served
various activities to support the SAGSD of the Civil Security Group for training of security guards and security officers notwithstanding their participation on other security aspects in crime prevention. Furthermore, some BADAC members were mobilized to help the police track down and give vital information on the probable hot spots of drug pushing/peddling in the AOR in coordination with government line agencies.
c. Gender and Development
GAD aims to acquaint communities with various information concerning women and community organizing to empower parents & children to organize themselves and to develop alternative opportunities for access to basic social services. For the period, this Office conducted activities on Organization & Mobilization of Family/Youth/Women Groups,Social Institutional Advocacy & Development, news releases concerning family violence, prevention and protection of victims and dissemination and replication of Best Practices with a total of 112 activities.
d. SALAAM POLICE CENTER
PNP conducted various activities to strengthen linkages and healthy relationship with Muslim communities and to support government’s campaign against terrorism and criminalities involving Muslim personalities. A total of 193 activities were recorded which includes Mosque/madraza-based Projects, Organization of Council of Imams, Orgn of Muslim NGOs, complaints assistance and continuous networking & info dissemination.

Chairman Linda Narte, Perrett Elementary School teachers headed by Mrs Pacita Ramos, Daycare workers, SK officials headed by SK Chairman Jomark Tayan, Sitio leaders and Brgy Tanods all of Brgy Kalaong held at Mr Sam Strong area, Zone 2, Brgy Kalaong, Maitum, Sarangani Province. Activity ended at about 11 o’clock in the morning of same date with fruitful result.

Boado during the Immunization day conducted at Municipal Plaza, Brgy. San Mateo, Aleosan, Cotabato. More or less 60 infants were immunized and given Vitamin A. Activity ended at 12 o’clock noon of same date with positive result.

o’clock in the morning, Aleosan District Hospital staff headed by DRA. SARIO PADER, MD conducted Operation Tulito 115 beneficiaries held at Aleosan District Hospital Ground, Brgy. Dualing, Aleosan, Cotabato. The PNP Personnel of Aleosan Municipal Police Station led by PSI BALTAZAR BEN CORPUZ, OIC provided security assistance and assisted the medical staff to organize the beneficiaries. Among others, PO2 Lyka T Sumaguio, FJGAD PNCO, PO2 Nina V Carlos, PCR PNCO and PO1 Welma M Borongan, WCPD PNCO distributed 55 leaflets on child pornography, and 50 leaflets on Anti-Trafficking.
c. On April 19, 2013 at around 8 o’clock in the morning, Kidapawan City Police
Station personnel led by SPO3 Grace Rosareal, PCR PNCO/WCPD assisted and give security to the Medical Mission and giving of Slippers during the Dekada Ochenta Medical/Dental activity headed by Elmo Botardo, Dekada Ochenta President with the theme: “Kalusugan At Matibay Na Tsenilas Para Sa Ikauunlad Ng Bukas” which was held at Kidapawan City Plaza. The said activity was sponsored by Batch 86 of NDK Boys and Girls in cooperation with CPPO led by PCINSP JERSON BIRREY, Chief PCR/FJGAD and PNP Kidapawan. The invited medical doctors are: Doc Vincent Lucero of Medical Specialist of Antipas, Cotabato, Doc Gifford B Abejo of medical Specialist of Kidapawan City, Doc Jocelyn C Etulle-Encienzo of Kidapawan City Health and Dulce Jocson-Gloriani of Medical Specialist of Kidapawan City. Said activity was under the supervision of PSUPT ALEX TAGUM and PSUPT RANDY PERALTA who are members of ther Dekada Ochenta. There were more or less 600 children catered during the Mission. Office 12 participated in the Takbo Gensan Series 50 dubbed as “3rd Run for the Earth”

held at Queen Tuna Park, Barangay South, General Santos City. Said activity was initiated by General Santos City Police Office headed by PSSUPT FROILAN F QUIDILLA, City Director in line with the Earth Day Celebration 2013 with the theme, “The Faces of Climate Change”.
b. The purpose of the activity is to
establish good relationship between the community, to promote a healthy lifestyle and to raise funds for the children of female detainees at Lanton City Jail through giving of school supplies. It was attended by personnel coming from different agencies such as DepEd Officials, City Government Officials, BJMP, SALAAM Volunteers, LGUs, AFP, NGOs, personnel of Regional Headquarters, GSCPO together with their dependents numbering to more or less 300 persons including children.
c. The activity started with an invocation followed by the singing of National Anthem followed by warm up exercises. After which, all runners formed for the different race categories starting with the 10k category, followed by 5k, 3k and 1.6k for the children.
d. The activity ended with the awarding of certificates and tokens for the winners in the different race categories.

The Police Regional Office 12 PNP Personnel headed by PCSUPT CHARLES T.
CALIMA JR., CEO VI, Acting Regional Director down to Provincial/City Police Office and Municipal/City Police Stations conducted OPLAN Baklas with the aim of cleaning and clearing areas with vast campaign materials incurred during the local and national elections last May 13, 2013.
The activity was made in coordination with Local Government Units, NGOs,
COMELEC and was participated also by the different force multipliers such as BPATS, CVOs and Barangay Tanods.

Free Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
a. On June 26, 2013 at 6 o’clock in
the morning, personnel of Regional Health Service headed by PSUPT VICTOR EMMANUEL L. DOMINGUEZ together with PSUPT TECHIE LEBANAN, PSINSP VIRGILIO SIEFRED S. FERRER and personnel from Regional Police Community Relations Division headed by PSUPT REX K. ANONGOS, PESE initiated a Free Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) testing held at Admin Building, Regional Headquarters, Tambler, General Santos City.
b. The activity was participated by personnel of the regional headquarters headed by PSSUPT SERGIO A. DIMANDAL, DRDO who were instructed to fast from 10 o’clock in the evening prior to the taking of blood sample.
c. Those found out above normal level were instructed to have a follow-up check up at the Regional Health Clinic and were advised to have proper diet. Another free Fasting Blood Sugar will be conducted one (1) week after to monitor personnel whose blood sugar were above the normal level. PRO 12’s Santacruzan 2013
a. On May 30, 2013 at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon, Police Regional Office
12, under the leadership of PCSUPT CHARLES T. CALIMA JR., CEO VI, conducted Santacruzan 2013 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Chapel, Camp Fermin Lira, General Santos City.
b. Among the attendees were personnel from the Command Group, RPHRDD, RID, ROPD, RLRDD, RPCRD, RCD, RIDMD, GSCPO, RPSB 12, RHS 12, SAF, Crime Lab, RHPU, PRO 12 Band and the local church devotees.

c. The activity started with a Holy Mass officiated by PSUPT NOEL R. PONSARAN, Ph.D/PESE, Regional Chaplain and was followed by a forty-five-minute procession, that started at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Chapel, Camp Fermin Lira, passing through General Santos City Hall, Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Parish Church, P. Acharon Boulevard and back to Camp Fermin Lira, Chapel.
d. After the procession, a short program was organized. It started with the
entrance of the “Sagalas” and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, after which PSUPT REX K. ANONGOS, PESE, OIC, RPCRD delivered his welcome address.

a. On May 31, 2013, the Police Regional Office 12, under the leadership of
PCSUPT CHARLES T. CALIMA JR., CEO VI, Acting Regional Director, organized a talent competition dubbed as “PRO 12 Got Talent 2013” at Mt. Sabrina Panoramic View and Resort, Tambler, General Santos City. The activity was purposely designed to showcase the talents of PNP PRO 12 Personnel, strengthen camaraderie and give them a chance to unwind.
b. Among the attendees were members of the Command Group together with
their families, Heads of the Directorial Staffs, personnel from different PPOs and CPOs headed by their respective provincial/city directors, and personnel from RPSB 12 led by their Battalion Commander.
c. The activity started with an Invocation and was followed by the Welcome Remarks of PSSUPT MANOLITO C. LABADOR, CEO VI, DRDA. The secretariat then introduced the five (5) judges who will rate the contestants based on a set of agreed criteria.

d. After the opening program, the Singing Competition begun. Contestants from different PPOs, CPOs, RPSB 12 and the RHQ out-sung each other which everyone enjoyed.
e. After the Singing, the Dance Competition followed. Contestants energetically performed their dance moves, entertaining both the audience and the judges alike.

f. Next came the Stand-up Comedian Contest. Each participant brought out hilarious jokes and acts, making everyone laugh.
g. The last contest category was the search for Mr. and Mrs. PRO 12. Contestants showcased their beauty and intelligence during the sports, evening gown and question-and-answer portion.
h. After the search, the awarding ceremony followed. PCSUPT CHARLES T. CALIMA JR., ARD, together with PSSUPT MANOLITO C. LABADOR, DRDA, PSSUPT SERGIO A. DIMANDAL, DRDO, PSSUPT RANDOLF R. a. On May 30, 2013 PSUPT ROMULO S. ESTOCAPIO, Deputy Chief, RPCRD together with PSINSP ROMY D. CASTAÑARES, Assistant Chief, Plans Section, ROPD, attended a two-day Mini-Workshop on Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan, held at Ramona Plaza Hotel, Koronadal City.Among the participants were from the different government agencies, civil society groups and private sectors.
b. Part of the workshop was the presentation of different hazards that may occur within the region. Engr. Rainer G. Amilbahar, Seismologist, Seismological Observation and Earthquake Prediction Division, PHIVOLCS explained the hazards brought by earthquakes and volcanic eruptions including ground shaking, ground rupture, liquefaction, tsunamis and landslides. Mr. Jaime G. Flores, MS ERM, Chief Geologist, then showed vulnerable areas based on the prepared hazard maps.
c. Participants were grouped into four (4) and were tasked to discuss and review the four (4) thematic areas: Disaster Prevention and Mitigation; Disaster Preparedness; Disaster Response; and Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery. Each of the groups were given a chance to formulate outputs and provide activities with its timeframe, to complete the plan which will form part of the proposed Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (RDRRMP). On May 13, 2013 at 7 o’clock in
the morning, Police Regional Office 12 conducted a Field Mass at the PRO 12 Multi-Purpose Covered Court, Tambler, General Santos City for a Secure and Fair Election 2013 (SAFE 2013).
The mass was officiated by PSUPT NOEL R. PONZARAN, Ph.D., Regional Chaplain in coordination with RPCRD as the sponsor of the religious event and was attended by PSSUPT RANDOLF R. DELFIN, MPA,MM,PESE, Regional Chief Directorial Staff, D-Staff, personnel of RHQ, RHSG 12, RPSB 12 and NSUs.
During the homily, the Regional Chaplain emphasized that the PNP is categorized as active and contemplative. Personnel deployed in the field are called active and the personnel performing duty in the office are called contemplative. Contemplative personnel should be prayerful and/or prayer warriors because prayer is the best weapon and a way to communicate with God who gives holy guidance and protection.
After the mass, RCDS gave his guidance to the personnel to remain vigilant and wished to attain our objective which is to have a Secure and Fair Election 2013 (SAFE 2013). Brigada Eskwela 2013 and Clean-up Drive
a. On May 20, 2013, at 6 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Regional Police
Community Relations Division headed by PSUPT REK K. ANONGOS, PESE, together with RPSB personnel attended the launching of Brigada Eskwela at Banisil National High School, PRO 12’s adopted school located at Brgy Tambler, General Santos City.

The activity started with an invocation followed by singing of Philippine National Anthem followed by welcome address and statement of purpose by Mr Rustico S Pelonio Jr, HT III/School Head. After which are the messages of the different stakeholders such as Mr Audie M Battad, HR Manager of Cargill Oil Mills Philippines, Seatrade Canning, Mr Orlando Cerdaña, PTA President and PSUPT REX K ANONGOS, PESE, OIC, RPCRD for the PNP. Such stakeholders helped and assisted the school in the implementation of their program such as feeding, brigada eskwela, Barkada Kontra Droga Campaign.
This year, the PNP donated ten (10) gallons of paint, four (4) paint rollers and four (4) paint brushes. After the program, the group proceeded to the different classrooms and painted the outside walls including the inside walls of the school clinic. Said activity was also participated byparents and students.

a. On May 24, 2013 personnel of Police Station 1 led by PCINSP RONALD ALLAN
A PEÑAVERDE, Station Commander proceeded at Dadiangas West Elem. School joined
the Brigada Eskwela and helped in cleaning classrooms, corridors and lobbies and cut
down overgrown tree branches, in preparation for the opening of classes this school-year.
b. On May 24, 2013 at 6 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Police Station 2 led
by PSINSP JOVENSON B BAYONA, Officer-In-Charge together with the personnel of City
Public Safety Company (CPSC), Traffic Management Unit (TMU), FTP’s and Regional
Highway Patrol Unit (RHPU) 12 proceeded at Lanton Elementary School headed by Mr.
Rey Cyril I Somodio, School Principal to join the Brigada Eskwela 2013. The personnel
cleaned the surroundings, repaired the chair and cut the overgrown trees. This office also
donated five (5) gallons of paint, two (2) gallons of enamel, three (3) thinner, two (2) paint
brushes, two (2) paint rollers, two (2) paint pads, 20 soft brooms, 20 broom stick and 15
floorwax to be used in school beautification.

c. On May 24, 2013, personnel of Police Station 4 led by PSINSP JENNIFER A. MOLINA, OIC, proceeded to 2nd Barrio Lagao, Elementary School, Brgy. San Isidro, Lagao, General Santos City and cleaned and fixed-up damaged walls on classrooms and trimmed-down trees and other ornamental plants within the school premises.
d. On May 24, 2013, personnel of Police Station 5 led by by PSINSP JUDGIE A BAROTAS, OIC, proceeded to General Santos City High School, Calumpang, General Santos City together with Brgy. Chairman Hon. Reynaldo Salubre and the faculty and staff of the said school conducted a Brigada Eskwela, cleaning-up classrooms, school yards and trimmed-down overgrown trees within the school’s premises.
e. On May 24, 2013 at 8 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Police Station 7 led by PSINSP RODEL C ROSARIO, Officer-In-Charge proceeded at FVR Village Elementary School, Barangay Fatima, General Santos City to join in the Brigada Eskwela. Thereat, the personnel of said station cleaned and cut the overgrown trees and painted walls of the fences.

f. On May 31, 2013, a team from Police Station 8 led by by PINSP ANASTACIO M. RAMIREZ, Deputy Station Commander proceeded at Tinagacan Elementary School, Brgy. Tinagacan, General Santos City and participated in a Brigada Eskwela, where they repainted and fixed broken desks, walls, cabinets and cleaned-up classrooms.
South Cotabato Police Provincial Office
a. On May 20, 2013, personnel of Koronadal City Police Station, through the
guidance of PSUPT MICHAEL FORRO LEBANAN, PESE, ACOP, supported and joined
BRIGDA ESKWELA 2013 by participating the motorcade led by DEPED, City of Koronadal
passing the main thoroughfares of Koronadal City to instill awareness to the community
the relevance of the activity. Patrol vehicle of Traffic section served as lead car. The
motorcade ended at Osita Elementary School wherein the formal launching of Brigada
Eskwela 2013 followed. Afterwhich, personnel of this station led by SPO4 Gil Oca Rolluqui
went to Bacongco High School to take its part on the event. The following day, May 21,
2013, elements of this station composed of two(2) teams led by PINSP MARIFEL ALCALA
MAGANTO, Chief WCPD, went to four (4) different schools namely; Koronadal Central 1
Elem School, Koronadal Central 2 Elem School, Morales Elem School, and at Koronadal
Central Elementary School, and conducted activities like cutting of grasses, painting of
chairs, tables, walls, and posts of the mentioned campuses.

b. Personnel of Lake Sebu Police Station led by SPO4 Lolito P. Moreno, Jr, MESPO acted as marshal during the Grand Opening Motorcade for Brigada Eskwela 2013 last May 20, 2013 at 8 o’clock in the morning. Said activity was initiated by the Lake Sebu Central Elementary School as part of the official opening of the school year 2013-14 headed by Mrs Ivy F. Mañalac, Principal and in partnership with the parents, Local Government Unit headed by Hon Antonio B Fungan, personnel of Lake Sebu Police Station and the Philippine Army. After the motorcade program was held to officially start the “Maintenance Week or the Brigada Eskwela 2013” and was highlighted with the signing of commitment to support the Brigada Eskwela 2013.
c. Personnel of Tboli Municipal Police Station in coordination with the Department
of Education conducted clean-up of classrooms and school surroundings at Edwards Elementary School, Tboli, South Cotabato on May 21, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning. Said activity was in preparation to the opening of classes last June 3, 2013 which was also participated by the students and their respective parents in connection with the implementation of Brigada Eskwela 2013.
d. On May 21, 2013 at about 7 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Sto Niño MPS
led by SPO4 Diogenes Porras Hare, MESPO/PCR PNCO together with Philippine Army/Cafgu led by SSG Nemenio, parents and Brgy. officials of Brgy. Teresita, Sto. Niño, So Cot. conducted Brigada Eskwela at Teresita Elem School, Sto Niño, South Cotabato. On the said Brigada, the PNP and Philippine Army were tasked to repaint the roofs and cleaning up the gardens.

e. On May 21, 2013 at 7 o’clock in the morning, personnel of SCPPSC together with personnel of SCPPO led by PSUPT ROGELIO L. ABRAN JR proceeded to Koronadal Central Elementary School II, Barangay Zone IV, Rizal Street, Koronadal City to participate in Brigada Eskwela activitytogether with the teachers of said school led by Ms Maria Felita S. Yparraguire, Principal of KCESII, LGU, NGO, Kiwanis Club, Barangay Officials and other individuals joined forces in fixing fences and rooms and cleaning the school premises.
f. On May 21, 2013, all available personnel of Tampakan MPS led by PO3 Noli Talde Domingo PCR PNCO under the supervision of PSI Sherwin Boy Abelito Maglana, OIC participated in brigada eskwela activity held at Tampakan Central Elementary School. Some PNP personnel conducted clean up drive by cutting over grown grasses while others dig a hole at the back of SPED classroom to be used as compost pit.
g. Personnel of Tboli Municipal Police Station led by SPO1 Dioquinie Asturias, Jr in
partnership with the Department of Education, assisted on the cleaning of school surroundings and arrangement of classrooms at Kematu Elementary School of Tboli, South Cotabato on May 22, 2013 at 9 o’clock in the morning. Said activity were also participated by the students with their respective parents in connection with the implementation of DepEd Program (Brigada Eskwela 2013).

h. On May 22, 2013 at 9 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Surallah MPS led by
SPO1 Adolfo A Melendres, PCR PNCO conducted Brigada Eskwela at Moloy Elementary School, Surallah, South Cotabato. The team cleaned the premises of the school and repaired leaking water pipes.
i. On May 23, 2013 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, personnel of Tampakan MPS led by PO3 Arnel E. Ciata participated in Brigada Eskwela activity held at Tampakan Central Elementary School, Tampakan, South Cotabato. The personnel assisted carpenters in repairing the classrooms in preparation for the opening of classes on June 03, 2013.
j.On May 24, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning, elements of Norala MPS led by PCINSP GEORGE BINGCO PARCON, OIC, actively participated on the Brigada Eskwela in preparation to the opening of classes for the School Year 2013-2014. The OIC coordinated to the school Principals of Norala National High School, Balayaon Elem. School and Notre Dame of Norala Inc. and thereafter conducted clean-up drive and other related activities in connection with this program.

On May 24, 2013 at 8 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Tupi MPS participated the Brigada Eskwela 2013 (5 Days Maintenance Week) and rendered services to Polonuling Elementary School, Tupi, South Cotabato through painting the rooftop & putting sealant, fixing the classrooms, carpentry making, cutting overgrown grasses and cleaning the premises of the said school.
Sarangani Police Provincial Office
a. On May 20, 2013 at 7:30 in the morning, personnel of Alabel MPS led by of PCINSP REYNALDO VEGARA DENILA JR, Chief of Police, donated two (2) gallons of paints to the school principal of Alabel SPED Center, Brgy. Poblacion, Alabel, Sarangani Province. After which, the PNP personnel together with the school teachers and parents conducted clean up drive/Brigada Eskwela 2013 at the said school.
b. At about 10:40 in the morning of same date, same personnel proceeded to Alabel National High School, Alabel, Sarangani Province and donated another two (2) gallons of paint to Mr. George Liansing, School Principal. After which, the PNP team participated in the clean up drive/Brigada Eskwela 2013 of the said school together with the parents and students.

Ma. Guscel Libuton Andrada, PCR PNCO, together with some parents and pupils conducted clean up drive/Brigada Eskwela 2013 at Glan Central Elementary School, Poblacion, Glan, Sarangani Province. The team brought cutting materials to cut overgrown grasses and brooms to sweep the surroundings and the roof of the school buildings.
d. On May 20, 2013 at 8 o’clock in the morning, personnel of Maasim MPS led by of PSINSP ROY DIANA YASAY, (OIC), together with parents, teachers and faculty staffs conducted clean up drive/Brigada Eskwela 2013 at Colon National High School, Maasim, Sarangani Province.
e. At about 2 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, same personnel proceed to
San Felipe Central School, Maasim, Sarangani Province and donated two (2) gallons of paint for repainting the roof and ceiling board. After which, the PNP team participated in the clean up drive/Brigada Eskwela 2013 of the said school together with the parents and students.

a. On May 22, 2013 at 9 o’clock in the morning, Cotabato Police Provincial Office personnel under the supervision of PSUPT NOEL U. KINAZO, OIC, PD participated the Brigada Eskwela at Amas Central Elementary School and Amas National High School both located at Amas, Kidapawan City. Wherein, the personnel of this office together with the parents, teachers and concerned citizens conducted a clean-up drive in preparation for forth coming opening of classes.
Sultan Kudarat Police Provincial Office a. On May 20, 2013 personnel of Bagumbayan MPS headed by PCINSP
CELESTINO TENESIO DANIEL JR, OIC together with the team from 2nd Company RPSB 12 led by PO1 Edwin V. Gilapay participated in the Brigada Eskwela held at Bagumbayan National High School. The activity was also jointly attended by the parents, teachers, students, private organizations, alumni and some volunteers. Bagumbayan MPS donated

one (1) gallon Latex Flatwall paint for the repainting of dilapidated school facilities. The item was received by Mr Aristoteles S Costales Jr, Principal I represented by Mrs. Marriane Forro, classroom adviser. The team conducted clean-up drive by cleaning the school premises and cutting overgrown grasses to make it ready for the opening of classes this coming June 3, 2013.
b. On May 20, 2013, personnel of Kalamansig MPS provided marshal during the
caravan/motorcade for the opening of “Brigada Eskwela 2013” jointly conducted by the students, faculty, teachers and parents of Kalamansig National High School and Datu Guiabar Pilot School.
c. On May 20, 2013, a team from Lutayan Municipal Police Station headed by PINSP MELVIN M. BALBA, OIC attended and provided security coverage during the caravan which started from Lutayan National High to adjacent Barangays of the municipality in connection with the opening of Brigada Eskwela 2013 at Lutayan National High School, Lutayan Sultan Kudarat. The said activity were spearheaded by Mr. Punga K. Budzal, School Principal and Mr. Josephine E. Antonio, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator. The team participated in a clean-up and beautification drive where they repaired four (4) comfort room doors. Said station donated four (4) pieces of plywood, five (5) kilos of concrete nails and twelve (12) pieces of 1” x 2” good lumber at Lutayan National High School, Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat.

d. On May 20, 2013, a team from Palimbang MPS led by PO2 Macadatar, ID, PCR PNCO joined the BRIGADA ESKWELA 2013 at the different campuses of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat.
e. On May 20, 2013, a team from Esperanza MPS led by PINSP EISBON LUCAS LLAMASARES, OIC participated on the BRIGADA ESKWELA of Esperanza Central Elementary School by providing area security, cleaning and repairing damaged classrooms, water pumps and trimming-down overgrown grasses and ornamental plants.

f. On May 20, 2013, a team from Isulan MPS led by PSUPT ROEL ALLAN
SERMESE, COP together with GTP/OJT participated and provided police security and assistance to the motorcade/caravan conducted by Dep.Ed. Isulan District headed by the District Supervisor Mr. Simeon Y. Lotilla in relation to the Brigada Eskwela 2013. Part of the activity was a clean-up drive wherein, the team, helped in cleaning-up classrooms, lobbies, and trimmed down overgrown grasses and trees. Among the attendees were Hon Diosdado Gonzales Pallasigue, Municipal Mayor; Isulan BFP; teachers; students; parents; and representatives from government and non-government agencies. Some of the schools which benefited from the campaign were Don Juan P. Garcia Memorial Elementary School; Bambad Elementary School ; Isulan SPED Center; Isulan National High School; Datu Talipasan Primary School; and Kalawag Central Elementary School.
g. On May 20, 2013, personnel of President Quirino MPS headed by PSINSP GARY FLOR C. MARFIL, OIC participated on the launching of five (5)-day maintenance week dubbed as “BRIGADA ESKWELA” at different high schools and elementary schools in President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat from May 20-24, 2013. This was also participated by the different stakeholders. Activities conducted include cleaning of school premises, painting of school buildings and donation of cleaning materials.
h. On May 20, 2013 a team from Columbio MPS led by SPO3 Gino Fegarido, MESPO joined the Brigada Eskwela Caravan from Brgy Mayo to Brgy. Datalblao, Columbio Sultan Kudarat. Said activity was conducted to promote police-community and school partnership to enhance peace and order and gain support from the community.

SEMBRANO BUENACOSA participated in a 4-day Brigada Eskwela designed to help out different schools within the municipality, together with Hon. Lina O. At about 11:00 o’ clock in the morning of May 07, 2013, Tacurong CPS personnel
headed by PINSP GILLIAN MICHAELA B PEREZ, PCR Officer and Police Trainees undergoing FTP together with SKPPSC PCR section personnel all under direct supervision of PSUPT JUNNY SEMBRANO BUENACOSA, Chief of Police proceeded at Tacurong City Integrated Public Terminal and distributed audio visual presentation materials re conduct of COMELEC checkpoint in line with 2013 election directives to all the buses therein for their commuters benefit of the aforesaid information. Likewise, the team rendered film showing of the same on the area to widen the information dissemination. Furthermore, as part of and making a more effective campaign in this regard, the team proceeded to JVL Star Cable and coordinated with the personnel in charge in requesting for viewing this on channel 21 which is the company’s community channel. The activity ended at about 12 o’clock noon of same date with no untoward incident happened/reported and a very successful result.
On May 7, 2013 at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon, SPO4 Jonard A Pesiao, PCR PNCO together with PO1 Darlene A Laguda, FJGAD PNCO and PO1 Ruvy Grace Limos, OJT/FTP conducted audio visual presentation at different crowded places particularly at public market and public terminal of this municipality on COMELEC-PNP Checkpoint to raise public awareness for SAFE 2013 and enjoin vigilance of the public particularly the electorates on their rights on the established checkpoints. During the presentation/showing of COMELEC Audio Visual, said PNCOs emphasized that during the conduct of COMELEC Checkpoint courteousness must always be observed, led by an

officer at least with the rank of Police Inspector and Lieutenant in the Philippine Army, in complete uniform with name plate, with marked vehicle, well lighted at night, with red big bold letters on white background with 3x4 ft in size and most important is to observed the plain view doctrine.
PNP Hotline Numbers on S.A.F.E. Secure and Fair Election 2013 were also distributed.
On May 5, 2013 at around 8 o’clock on the morning, PINSP SAMUEL DF DOMINGO, DCOP of Senator Ninoy Aquino MPS conducted PICE/Conference with the PNP personnel of said station in connection with COMELEC checkpoint guidelines and encouraged personnel to visit the PNP social media site, whenever they can go to the place where internet access is available. Activity ended OOA 0845H of same date. Immediately, SPO1 Melinda D Rosal, together with PO2 Benjamin E Difunturom and PO1 Remie Eiman conducted information dissemination and likewise posted COMELEC/PNP checkpoint guidelines to the motorcycle drivers and commuters at the designated skylab terminals of Poblacion, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat. Said activity was done thru visual presentation due to very limited internet access but then, it was clearly explained by the said personnel. Activity ended 10:20 in the morning of same date.

Said troops returned to said office at about 12 o’clock in the afternoon of same date with satisfactory results.
On May 8, 2013 at around 9 o’clock in the morning, PNP elements of Lambayong MPS headed by PSI EMERSON DELA CRUZ POLICARPIO, OIC and PI RICHARD FLORES BULETIC, DCOP conducted film viewing/audio-visual presentation on COMELEC-PNP checkpoint to the Police Trainees deployed in this station for their additional knowledge on public awareness for SAFE 2013 and the rights of motorists at established checkpoints. Activity ended 9:30 in the morning of same date with fruitful result.
On May 8, 2013 at around 9:45 in the morning, PNP elements of Lambayong MPS headed by PSI EMERSON DELA CRUZ POLICARPIO, OIC and PI RICHARD FLORES BULETIC, DCOP conducted film viewing/public showing/audio-visual presentation on COMELEC-PNP checkpoint for public awareness for SAFE 2013 and to enjoin public vigilance particularly the electorates on their rights at established checkpoints. Said activity was held at the Lambayong Public Terminal which was attended by vendors, store owners and drivers of the different transport groups in the municipality.
