Do you know …?

• How many printers you use?

• How many pages you print, copy and fax per month/year?

• How often you order supplies?

• What an internal order and other operating expenses cost?

• How the management and stock-keeping of supplies happens?

• How much time you spend on service and maintenance work?

• And: what are your total costs?

The A3 Myth…

Paper output – a few quick facts and food for thought• ~95% of documents is A4 => why install A3 everywhere?

Bigger devices are more expensive, take up more footspace, and consume more electricity

• 67% of all printed documents are less than 3 pages… => warm-up time and FPO is key, not rated engine speeds!

• >85% of documents are printed, not copied.. => why place MFPs everywhere, printers have their place too in a well-balanced fleet

• Only 20% of copiers/MFPs are used at their rated capacity, rest is underused => why pay more for devices that remain idle most of the time?

• Color remains far more expensive than b&w (mono) => huge opportunities for cost-savings when deployed /managed wisely

Paper document production – office environment –copier/laser printer/MFP

Truth:HP Officejet Pro X are faster than most Laser Printers! Only the paper moves

Page 37: Ontbijtseminarie printing 05 12-14

Van technologie naar resultaat.

• High-quality (e.g. sharpness)

• Water-resistant

• Resist smearing and fading

• Withstand highlighter use

HP OJ Enterprise Ink adheres to

plain paper and provides very good color print results

Inkjet printing is expensive

Myth:Inkjets (Ink print technology) do not produce high quality output.

Amazing reliability

The test required all models in the test to print a total of 75.000 pages

“The HP model was the only one to complete testing with no misfeeds,

malfunctions or service required, while each of the other models experienced

multiple misfeeds and one required two service calls”
