Real time information is up to date information like train times or flight times. Also they can be traffic reports, flight statuses or even the weather. The benefits of having real time information is that its up to date.

Commerce is retail. Retail is where you can buy products from them. Also banking and auctions are part of commerce.

Services provided by the government like tax returns and voting.

Download services are sites where you can download music, apps, films, TV programmes etc.

Education is a online service that provides a learning environment like my maths, bite size. The benefits are you don’t forget you’re homework. Or where kids can go for more revision.

Business is online conferencing, collaborative working and business networks. E.G. Skype, facetime, Google+.

Entertainment is some thing that entertains you like films games and programs. E.G. Netflix, love film, YouTube, friv, steam, sky, virgin, bt vision.

Communication is reading and writing. You can do this via Facebook which is social networking, this is a type of communication.
