1. LogintotheFamilyPortalusingyourLoginID(username)andyourPassword.

2. Tobeginyourregistrationprocess,clickonthelink2017-2018ReturningStudentRegistration.

3. Clickonthenameofthestudentthatyouwishtoenroll.

4. Verifythestudentdemographicinformation,clickonthe‘CompleteStep1aandmovetostep1b’buttonandthencontinuewithsections1b.FamilyInformationandstep1c.EmergencyContacts.ListEmergencyContactsthatapplyforthisstudent.

Clickonthe‘CompleteStep1candmovetoStep2’button.

5. OntheVerifyEthnicity/RaceOption,thefollowingscreenwilldisplay.

Clickonthe‘Continue’buttontocompletetheEthnicityInformation.

Clicktheappropriateboxesandthenclick‘CompleteStep2andmovetoStep3’button.

6. OntheFamilyReleaseForm,thefollowingscreenwilldisplay.

Select“YesIhavecompletedthisform”onallformsthiswillbeconsideredyourelectronicsignature.Click‘CompleteStep3andmovetoStep4’button.

Clickthe‘ViewFullScreen’buttontobeabletoseetheentireform.

7. Youwillneedtocompletesteps5–9forallyourstudents.

9. Clickthe‘Submit’buttonwhenyouhavecompletedallthesteps.
