ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

• Login to the user portal using your Internet login credentials & service type

as check account details.

Note: If you have forgotten Internet access credentials, please click on "Forgot

Password" link to obtain a verification code by SMS and reset your password

subsequently. Username will be the user-id

Enter the verification code received to registered Mobile number.

After entering the verification code, you can change the password. Password

should include at least one numeric, one capital and one lower case alphabet and

should be 6 to 40 characters long.

• To make payments, click on My Invoice on the left hand menu after logging

in.

• You can then click on "Pay" against any outstanding invoices or view/print

your previous payments.

• After clicking on pay option you will be redirected to payment gateway,

select billing address as same a delivery address and click on pay.

After we click on the pay button we will be redirected to payment gateway as

shown below. Select the mode of the payment and click on make payment.

• To download receipts, click on My Transactions on the left hand menu after

logging in, click on the receipt to view it.
