CIDC – Activities: Inauguration & Orientation Program of AAI First Batch:

The first batch of AAI consisting of 20 candidates was commenced at Vishwakram Pratham, Faridabad. Inauguration, Orientation and thereafter kit distribution was facilitated by Dr. Shuchita Kumar, Director (Projects), along with senior CIDC Officers.

CIDC – Activities: Drone Pilot Training Program Vishwakarma Pratham (VKP) Faridabad:

Drone Pilot Training Program, Inaugurated by Dr. P. R. Swarup, Director General, CIDC along with Shri Gyan Prakash Shrivastava, CEO, Yogyann Enterprise Pvt Ltd. Dr. Shuchita Kumar, Director (Projects) and Senior CIDC Officers Vishwakarma Pratham (VKP) Faridabad.

Training students.

Vishwakarma Tratiya (VKT) Dhaulana Training Centre:

Under CIDC - Airports Authority of India (AAI) training program 440 No’s of candidates are undergoing training at different CIDC training centers at Gorakhpur, Ramshapur, Sidhauli, Daltonganj, Ranchi, Chapaguri, Faridabad and Dhaulana.

To motivate the trainees and to enhance their skill & performance, CIDC VKT Dhaulana awarded three best performer from each batch based on their performance in last 4 weeks of training include Swach Bharat efforts also. Shri Rajeev Jain, Director (Vocational Training) and VKT Staff distributed awards to the winner’s in the Award distribution ceremony as on 21-5-2018.

CIDC – Activities: Gorakhpur Training Centre:

Rojgar Mela:

A Rojgaar Mela organized by Construction Industry Development Council, Gorakhpur in Employment Exchange Office, Gorakhpur on 14th May, 2018. The purpose of the Rojgar Mela was to disseminate the different opportunities and placements available in construction industry for unemployed youth and to select the prosperous youths for training and placement. A write up having the details of training and placement for unemployed youth was also distributed among them. Shri Nanak Chand, Training Officer and Shri Satyendra Kumar, Trainer, CIDC leaded the program and made one to one interaction to all employment seeking youths. Around 350 participants were participated in this Rojgar Mela and 230 got registered.

Labour Day Celebration:

On the International Labor Day, CIDC, Gorakhpur conducted different programs to cover the welfare, benefits and awareness of labors, especially construction labors. On this day, CIDC staff reached to the different labor markets, camps and residential areas. CIDC staff shared the different schemes available for their welfare. A write up on health and safety for construction labors was distributed among the labors and motivated them to adopt safe working practices. They have also been informed the different opportunities available through CIDC to enhance their skills and to get skill certificate.
