Using technology to support enquiry-led approaches to learn- ing that stimulate project based activity, problem based learning, enhanced digital literacy, critical thinking, evaluation and creative thinking. 2. Using the concept of a personal- ised learning environment to sup- port individual research activity during the course that might in- clude gathering, organising and storing shared research resources. 3. Integrating open educational re- sources and sharing legal materials with other institutions. 4. Electronic assessment and feed- back practices that drive the devel- opment of inquiry based learning approaches. 5. Exploring commnunity based learn- ing opportunities that can include becoming involved in research ac- tivity within local and external re- search groups. This project is supported by the HEA, UKCLE and KCL Resources and learning materials produced are Open Educational Resources, under Creative Commons Licence for students Introduction to key Legal Skills, Legal Research and the English Legal System Online access to course activities that foster problem solving and critical thinking skills Reusable resource available for reference throughout period of study Developing the capabilities valued by employ- ers for staff Establishing baseline expectancies Enhancing face-2-face teaching sessions Exposure to new modes of learning and teach- ing Building on key skills for legal research Opportunities for collaboration with colleagues within and beyond the institution Raising the profile of the Law School for the community Widening participation in legal study for indi- viduals, groups and organisations Sharing of content as an Open Educational Resource Taster courses for potential law students Opportunities to share practice within the teaching profession
