OnSat.,Nov.13,Igatheredtogetherwithapproximately2,600studentsfromacrossthenationatGloryChurchindowntownLosAngelesforalife‐changingeventthatwasscheduledtolastfrom2to10pm.Overthespanofthoseeighthours,wewerechallengedtostayintheauditoriumandparticipateineighthoursofspiritualwarfareforthesoulsofthelost.Encouragedtoavoidextendedbreaksandtoabstainfromallfoodfortheentireduration,Isawpeoplearoundmeexchangelooks,wonderingiftheywouldbeabletolastthatlong.AlreadyphysicallyexhaustedfromtheprevioustwodaysIspentwith1,100otherstudentsattheFight!Conference‐‐whichculminatedinTheStudentCall‐‐Isharedtheirfeelingsofdoubt.Nevertheless,Iwassurprisedathoweasilytheeighthoursslippedby.ThereweremomentswhenIwassophysicallydrainedIhadto

sitdown,butIfoundthatIcouldneversitstillforlong.AllaroundmetheworshipwassoheartfeltthatIwascompelledagainandagaintogetbackuptomyfeet.Thatnight,therewasnodoubtinmymindthatweallstoodinthepresenceofGod.Standingthereinthatauditoriumalongwith580otherpeople,Isigneda5’’x7’’indexcardansweringthecalltomissionstothehardestanddarkestplacesintheworld.Moreover,notonlydid580studentsstepuptoanswerthecalltomissions,the2,600intercessorstherecollectivelygave$75,000tothecauseofglobalmissions!Iknewthatourprayerswerebeingansweredevenaswespokethemintotruth.AsweprayedforGodtoraiseupagenerationthatwouldlaborinthehardestanddarkestplacesintheworld,IsawGodmovingourheartstowardsobedience,andinthatmoment,IrealizedandamstillrealizingthatIstandsidebysidewiththeveryheartsandhandsofourgeneration.InansweringHisCall,theobedienceofthose2,600studentsarestillbeingfelttoday.Nowitisyourturn‐‐willyouanswertheCall?
