Company Overview

One United Properties is a real estate developer of premium residential compounds in the Center and Northern part ofBucharest, Romania. The company was established in 2011, although the founders have been building residential projects togethersince 2006 and have invested in real estate since 2000.

One United has several high-end residential projects completed (82 apartment units) and three under construction (295 apartment

units). Our most recent completions were One Floreasca Lake project (15,000 sqm) and Madrigalului Residence (4,000 sqm),while One Herastrau Park (28,000 sqm), One Herastrau Plaza (32,000 sqm) and One Charles de Gaulle (8,000 sqm) are

currently under construction. One Floreasca Lake was short listed as top 10 residential developments in Central Eastern Europe in2014 and no.1 in Romania by CEEQA Awards in association with Financial Times.

We are one of the very few residential developers whose business has grown during the market’s downturn, due to our excellencein developing the right products for Romania’s upper and mid-upper residential segments and due to our ability to constructefficiently.

One United Properties intends to steadily increase its mid-upper and high-end residential portfolio. Over the next 5 years thecompany plans to become a significant player in the residential sector in Romania.

One United Properties was nominated for the category Residential Developer of the Year in South Eastern Europe 2014 and

2015 by Europa Property CEE Awards, among 5 other regional developers.

One United Properties has an in-house interior design and furniture company (Lemon Interior Design – Winner of Elle DecorationDesign Awards 2014 and Winner of Casa Lux Visionary Design Award 2015), architecture studio and engineering capabilities (X Architecture & Engineering).
