One System Interface.
One Source of Truth.
One Unified Outcome.
It sounds too simple, but with OESuite® from Operational Sustainability® it is possible. OESuite is a proven web-based enterprise software platform delivered in the cloud or on-premises built to help organizations achieve Operational Excellence (OE).

Interoperable.
User-friendly.
Comprehensive. How?
With more than 40 modules and mobile applications that can be combined to address all areas of workforce, assets, operations, compliance, and risk, you can start anywhere and take advantage of our frameworks to transform your organization in phases.
Built on the premise of Intelligent Operations, all OESuite modules and mobile applications focus on delivering insight at the speed of data.
What does that mean for your organization?
• Enhanced compliance assurance • Comprehensive operational risk management• Improved asset performance• More resilient supply chain• Production efficiency and optimization• Greater operational discipline• Implementing a connected workforce• Improved workforce competency• Continuous improvement• Operational excellence
Intelligent Operations is a bold new approach to achieve Operational Excellence (OpEx) from an OE 4.0 perspective. OESuite® is a comprehensive platform for achieving OE 4.0 through the
OE View synthesizes valuable asset data sources into actionable intelligence for asset repair or replacement through a clear dashboard – putting you in the cockpit for reliable operations. Real-time data from your sensors, historians, operator rounds, work orders, and inspection reports will give you a comprehensive view of asset performance in a highly visual dashboard. OE Views are a function of all the OESuite modules and provide specific views into your most important integrated systems.
Performance Management
Intelligent Operations delivers the right information, to the right person, at the point of work. Operational Performance Management (OPM) transcends all departmental boundaries and unifies existing organizational and facility management strategies to establish organizational resiliency. Without it, poor resiliency can lead to potential major business impacts under adverse conditions.
OPM provides a new understanding of the world including expanding the context and the strategic value of managing risk – and ties that understanding to financial outcomes.
Reporting
OESuite’s reporting and analytics tools give you real-time insights into your performance. We offer custom portals, module centric dashboards, out-of-the box reports, ad hoc reporting, drag-and-drop dashboard creation, pivot tables, charts, search and filter functions, and KPIs. Through OESuite, automatically or manually trigger an escalation and/or a notification at any step in the workflow. OESuite connects to third-party analytics tools including Tableau® and Microsoft PowerBI for powerful business intelligence solutions.
The unique interoperability of the OESuite modules ensures that data from multiple and sometimes divergent sources are harnessed in new and innovative ways. All of the action items, tasks, and scheduling roll up to a single system with a compliance calendar, dashboards, and email escalations to ensure that things are proactively addressed.
Visualization
Integration and Interoperability are necessary to drive efficient and effective execution and provide intuitive visual navigation to current operations. The Visual Operations function allows users to see things from a plot plan, Process Flow Diagram, or P&ID layer. Users can point and drill into information or to enact simple functions like issue work permits, triggering work notifications, or inspections.

The OESuite® Mobile Applications enable your workforce to collaborate in real-time, generating and accessing information at the point of work in the field. And when your workforce is offline, our offline mode lets them work remotely with uninterrupted access to critical data. When they next connect to the network, data automatically syncs, keeping everyone in the loop even when they are physically far apart. Our enterprise mobile management platform has all the features you need from field data gathering, work management, operator rounds, visual inspections, accessing and executing procedures in the field, to enabling lockout-tagout (LOTO) all from a device in the field.
Integration
OESuite has a set of pre-built connectors to enable integration with key plant systems by leveraging our powerful Application Programming Interface (API). The outcome is single or bi-directional, real-time, and asynchronous communication to and from OESuite.
OESuite can integrate data from multiple systems including SAP®, IBM® Maximo®, OpenText™ Documentum™, OSIsoft® PI, Aspen InfoPlus.21®, and JD Edwards by Oracle® with the real or near real-time data generated by your people and your assets into a single pane of glass.

Where Do You Want to Begin? Our modules, mobile applications, module features, and core functions are organized into interoperable frameworks that address key areas of operations. Take advantage of our library of content including asset tags, preconfigured templates, policies, procedures and more. Because all of our modules are designed to work together seamlessly and with a single user interface, you can begin in any key area and build your Operational Excellence 4.0 platform out without complicated integrations or the pain of adding a new system.
Flexible Configuration
Our architecture is highly configurable to fit your culture. You can choose from our library of pre-built work processes or create your own unique workflow. If you start with one of our templates, you can drag and drop fields to tailor work process on the fly. Our low / no-code environment enables you to drive process excellence across your organization to orchestrate how and when work gets done. Build a form once and reuse them across any application.
This quick reference guide shows all of the OESuite modules, notes those that have an associated mobile application, and shows which frameworks that module is a part of.

These features are part of the OESuite® Modules listed below each green feature icon. For example, Asset Criticality Analysis is a feature available through the Asset Analysis Module.
While some of the short-term opportunities in OE focus on value protection, many of the more strategic opportunities require an interoperable model that enables value extraction. Value extraction focuses on gaining efficiency, applying resources for maximum impact, and optimizing production. In the end, OE drives predictable production with the focus on meeting customer and project commitments.
