10amA day in life of One-NDS, an operator and a customer Easily introduce new services without the

need for additional Subscriber Data Stores

Meet Peter... Who uses his mobile phone not only as a work tool but also to manage his personal life. He is a heavy user of voice and mobile broadband services.

...and this is MyTelco. They’re an operator in a very competitive market with highly demanding customers.

MyTelco implemented One-NDS to have a comprehensive view of the subscriber data and simplify internal processes.

How does One-NDS help them and Peter?

Peter wants to subscribe to a new LTE based video service.

Peter’s profile is updated on the One-NDS and his service is activated. He can now enjoy faster video services immediately and doesn’t have to wait for hours or days.

Nick in customer services receives Peter’s request for the video service subscription and processes it on the same SDM solution that stores Peter ‘s voice & data services information.

With Peter’s consolidated subscriber data on the One-NDS, MyTelco is able to offer him new services without having to store duplicate profiles in different data stores. This saves costs and speeds-up time-to-revenue for new services.

How One-NDS works:Subscriber Data Management - Data Consolidation and evolution to Multiple Applications

What is One-NDS?• One-NDS consolidates subscriber profile

information across networks and services into a single repository, reduces data silos and proprietary interfaces between applications and the data they require.

• It addresses the requirement for a massively scalable, high-performance, continuously available data repository that enables rapid and cost-effective development of new applications and services.

• One-NDS allows to gain new insights into service usage and subscriber behavior, allowing for tailored services and up-selling.
