Signing into your One Drive account

Navigate to the Sign In Page

Username is email address

Password is email password

Type this address into your address

You will get to this place

Enter the Land of Oz (Worcester County Public Schools' Cloud)

Type your Worcester County Public School username (the one you use for email). You will be redirected to WCPS’s piece of the Microsoft world.

After typing your Worcester County Public School username, you will be redirected……. Relax……………….

You will arrive at a wealth of tools…

What is One Drive? Why would I use it? How would I use it?

Securely store all your files and share them with coworkers.

Each user gets a massive 1 TB of storage.

Synchronize files across all your devices and access them anywhere, anytime both online and offline.

Using Word Online in Office 365

From your Office 365 homepage, click on Word Online.

Word Online is not a full version of Word and not all features will be available.

Choose New Blank Document or the template of your choice.

Begin working on your document.

You can work collaboratively with others by clicking the Share button in the upper right-hand corner.

Your work will automatically be saved to OneDrive. You will not click a Save button.

Access your work at any time through One Drive

Using PowerPoint online in Office 365

From your Office 365 homepage, click on PowerPoint Online.

PowerPoint Online is not a full version and not all features will be available.

Choose New Blank Document or the template of your choice.

Begin working on your document.
