Mediation is voluntary and confidential.
We start with an initial assessment of your situation to see if it is suitable for mediation. We confirm you both are willing to mediate and explain the process, costs and timing.
Using the civil model of mediation places us in a unique position to broker an agreement. However preparation is critical.
On the day of mediation you will be in different rooms for most of day, either with your solicitor, or they join you at the end of the process to make your financial agreement binding there and then.

Conventional family mediation takes place in a series of short sessions spread out over weeks or months. Preparation is critical if you want to sort things faster, we can offer One Day Mediation using our innovative civil mediation method for family cases.
By holding a One Day Mediation the mediator can broker an agreement in that day, ending or avoiding any court proceedings.
One Day Mediation allows you to take control of your separation, without getting overwhelmed by proceeding, costs or delays.
