Being on campus gives them the opportunity to meet future talent and to discuss Unilever's Employee Value Proposition. While this leads to valuable personal engagements, Unilever also realise that it's physically impossible to reach all students in China.
SOLUTION A virtual experience, students can 'join' Unilever for a day and feel what it is like to work at one the world's largest FMCG companies.
